This is a great game. My sisters were star volleyball players in high school and as a kid I watched dozens of games! This is much different, but the basics are the same!

I stayed-up to 2:45am watching USA Men's Indoor Volleyball lay the smack-down to RUS in a nailbiting semi-final! USA won Set #1 and Set #2... but RUS came right back winning Set #3 and Set #4...

Sweat pouring, tension rising, crowd on their feet... an almost 90-minute game ended with USA dominating Set #5! FANTASTIC GAME!USA progresses to the Gold Medal Match (first time in 20 years)

From track and field, the world's fastest men and women race for medals in the 4x100m relay finals. Also, the decathlon concludes, and gold-medal finals in the women's 5000m, women's long jump, and men's pole vault. The match will be played at 8:00 AM EST, and I think it will air live on NBC. Great to see another fan! Can't wait for the match

I'm a fan too!!!

The NBCOlympics.com website tells me that the Women's Basketball Gold-Medal Final (USA v AUS) somewhere in the 10:00AM-4:00PM Daytime broadcast.

And the Volleyball Gold-Medal Final (USA v BRA) will air 4:00-6:00PM Daytime.

The Women's 4x100m relay Final was such a mess!!!!

USA dropped the baton during the heats and didn't qualify

And NOW!!! in the Finals Jamaica has a TERRIBLE baton-pass (disqualified, no medals) but their fumble was so large, it screwed-up the poor Great Britain team (in the neighboring lane), who also were disqualified for an incomplete pass.

RUS takes the Gold.

To train train train all 4 years and have the moment crumble in a second because of a 12-inch tube!!!

GAAHHHH!!!
