I turned on MSNBC last night and saw race walking. I didn't even know that was an Olympic sport! They had to do it in the pouring rain! Did anyone else notice that the male gymnasts were far more emotional than the women. There were men crying when they got out of the medal contention. Some of it was so heart breaking. I still never saw any Rhythmic gymnastics! The men's 200 was great. Can't believe there wqere 2 DQ's! Just glad Walter Dix got a bronze but was a little disappointed when his agent told him he had won a bronze and he said I still lost.

Maybe she thanked him because he came to visit them at practice, and he's a fun guy to hang out with. I don't know her political views, but his unexpected visit probably endeared him to her.

please. she already offered him her ass. like it or not, he's still the president of the us and the olympics are us vs. them. literally.

and shbrt, how effin dare you suggest that anyone alive should be cut any slack for not taking any opportunity possible to ridicule and or heap abuse on him. you need to leave, think about what you just said and then maybe, maybe, come back in a month.

I am still amused by the fact that the Brazilian Beach Volleyball girls had bikini tops with the word "BRA" on them.

Was there really not enough room for the "ZIL"?

They should have had matching bottoms that said 'PANTIES".

Misty explained that photo shot this morning on the Today show. They have met and talked before, so they have a friendly relationship. Apparently she talked about her tatoo to him before, but this was the first time he got to see it, LOL. All gold medal winners are traditionally invited to the White House, so she met him in 2004 and will be back there this year. (That's when it sucks to be a silver medal winner.)
