OMG I listened to "Hear You Me" by Jimmy Eat World ALL THE TIME in high school...now that I think about it, that was somewhat masochistic. As it indeed made me cry, partially because it's beautiful, partially because it made me sad, haha.
A few months ago I went to a one-woman-show and she sang "Moment In The Woods" from Into the Woods, and her rendition brought tears to my eyes, it was beautifully executed. I have the DVD though and while I love Joanna Gleason and her interpretation of The Baker's Wife, it doesn't make me teary. I usually end up laughing at her...in a nice way.
Oh something that gets me every time? Instrumental music with humpback whale songs in the background. SERIOUSLY!

MMM toughie..
I love the second movement of Wieniawski's Violin Concerto, I cry like a baby when I hear it and I have to choke back tears when playing it. Same goes for Barber's Adagio for Strings and the second movement of his violin concerto.
True Colors by Cyndi Lauper is incredibly beautiful to me for some reason.
The third movement of Dvorak's SYMPHONY FOR THE NEW WORLD. It was popularized as the American folk song, GOING HOME.
OH! New World...yes, SO beautiful.
There was also this English folk tune called "Turtledove". Absolutely GORGEOUS.

Ok, a little maudlin, but my choices none the less.
Adam Pascal's I'm With You. My friend's husband sang that to her belly when she was pregnant with her son. I was in tears - then depressed because I realized how lonely I was :)
