Amber, your food always looks amazing and unnaturally good! I rarely bake, but I've never had cookies or pie look that perfect. Your food looks ideal for a restaurant commerical.

Speaking of blueberry coffee cake...did you guys know that today is PI day? We had pie and other baked goodies in Ap Stats, and it was really, really good.

My mother made the most AMAZING hummus.

I, however, am eating jelly beans.

It's true Elphie re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part eight I realized it about halfway through the day...

SD, the reason it always looks good is because I don't photograph the stuff that looks a bit more like a 5 year olds art project...Unfortunately, the art projects outweigh the restaurant commercials...regardless, it always tastes good (which is the only thing that really matters) re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part eight

That looks gorgeous, Amber!

My Billy Elliot CD has renewed my interest, so I've been looking around the net. There are at least two forums totally devoted to it, people who've seen it many times, the whole works. I can't wait until it gets here. You guys are going to flip out.

It was super exciting, because we were in Stats at 1:59 pm, meaning we had double PI day, because it was 3.14159!

....yeah, we thought it was cool.

Do you think that I should buy the Billy Elliot CD?

That's cute, Elphie. re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part eight

I have never heard of pi day before. Nor, is it all that important to me.

I want some pie!

I love the CD. Of course I've seen the show, but I think it's definitely worth getting. I can always answer questions about what's going on. There's one number called Solidarity that's a little like Christmas Bells - a lot going on that all coalesces at the end, but in a surreal manner. Things like that don't come through on a recording naturally.

Sarah, basically it's a day that was created so students could eat pie during math class. re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part eight On a literal level, today is March 14, aka 3/14, which just so happens to be the first part of the irrational number pi.

I wiped math out of my head at soon as I had completed all required credits in it.

Mmm...pie on Pi day. We used to decorate stuffed Moles for Mol day in Chemistry too.

I just got back from Movin' Out. It was incredible!

I wanted my dad to take me to it when it was in Toronto. But it never happened. I like the CR though.

I love Billy Joel, so I've wanted to see it since it came out. However, none of my friends were big on the just dancing idea. Thankfully, some of my Billy Joel liking friends finally broke down when the tour came. A bunch of the tour people came over when it closed in NY so that was pretty cool. I can't imagine being able to dance like that at all, much less in heels for hours a day. And to switch back and forth between regular dance heels and toe shoes and everything else - wow!

And now I'm SUPER excited to see Billy Joel in concert on Thursday! :) :) :) And perhaps even more excited about my "sick" day on Friday! :) : ) :)

I was having a horrible day when I saw Movin' Out, so I can't really comment. My opinion is tainted.

I've never heard of Pi Day. The only numerical day most people I know care about is 4/20 re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part eight

I loved Movin' Out. It was just amazing to me how there didn't need to be any dialogue, the songs and the movements of the dancers were enough to tell the story.

I loved it too. I saw it with some out-of-town friends, and a bunch of understudies were on, but we still all really enjoyed it.

I saw Movin' Out recently, as well. It was soooo great. The dancing was just amazing, and I love Billy Joel, so the music was great for me, too. re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part eight
