Here's a random question: Does anyone know where the exclamation point divider comes from? I think the first time I saw it was for Nun!Adam.

I'm not sure, Chloe. I know that I saw and used exclamation point dividers before I started coming to BWW. I think it just sort of adds some sort of tongue-in-cheek exuberance to a phrase.

It's a general internet fandom thing, I think. The first time I saw it was in reference to Harry Potter with descriptions of how the characters were acting/what they were doing at a specific point (e.g. angsty!Harry), though I have no idea where it originated.

It took me a few minutes to realize how to pick up a PM...being a newbie isn't all it's cracked up to be. The confusions are endless..

But all is well and I am slowly beginning to figure out what the heck I'm doing.
