I'm starving - I wouldn't mind a few meatless balls right now, but I'd prefer some of Amber's cookies.

That's cute, Mel.

All of this cookie talk is making me really hungry. Alas, cookies are not among the few food items I have here in my dorm room.

Here's a random question: Does anyone know where the exclamation point divider comes from? I think the first time I saw it was for Nun!Adam.

I'm not sure, Chloe. I know that I saw and used exclamation point dividers before I started coming to BWW. I think it just sort of adds some sort of tongue-in-cheek exuberance to a phrase.

I don't know, either, Chloe.

It's a general internet fandom thing, I think. The first time I saw it was in reference to Harry Potter with descriptions of how the characters were acting/what they were doing at a specific point (e.g. angsty!Harry), though I have no idea where it originated.

The first time I saw it was in Harry Potter as well. MarySue!Hermione, etc.

Random threadjack-ish question: is anyone interested in seeing the movie Thank You For Smoking? I got 2 passes to a free screening of it tomorrow night, and the friend I was supposed to go with can't make it.

No, the best homework assignment is doing a research project on Anthony re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part eight

Cute story! I always find myself being reminded of random musicals, which I obviously I have to quote...but no one ever knows what I'm talking about...

How'd the fairy tale end?

Can I move to Pascala? re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part eight

Thanks,

It took me a few minutes to realize how to pick up a PM...being a newbie isn't all it's cracked up to be. The confusions are endless..

But all is well and I am slowly beginning to figure out what the heck I'm doing.

Good story by the way, very cute.

Edited to say: I am very glad I never joined the MySpace world, I've heard a few stories about it. What exactly was the message about?
