I've had a craving for a french stick since I was watching them eat bread in Pride and Prejudice.

We lost by ONE point and I consider it my fault. I should have done better. But it was okay...just long.
Katt, you're doing it again :P. You did the best you could today, and that's all you can hope for. If you feel like there's something you can improve on, work on it for next time, this meet was a learning experience, and you can improve for next time.
So my sisters play was ok. It was a little weird. Not very good acting skills, but hey I'll give them a break, after all they are in middle school.

I know, I know...
In case anyone hasn't noticed, I tend to be very hard on myself.
I'm the same way Katt. Especially with running.
I'm always here for your pep talk. You're so awesome Katt!!!

Well, it's the people I'm around...my coaches and people on my team. They're hard on me, so in turn I end up being very critical of myself.

what was it about dancinqueen?
Katt i'm sure you did great. I tend to do the same thing as well (well, not with running.. dancing). RELAX and don't be so hard on yourself! You did the best you could, and i'm sure it wasn't your fault.
Your coaches are probably trying to make you work harder, but if you're giving them all you can, that's all you can do. The people on your team are probably turning to you instead of themselves. Don't let it eat at you. As I said if you think you did your best, than you did your best. Next time you can beat your best.

Ugh, I definitely didn't do my best today.
It's not so much my coaches as the people on the team who tell me: "It's about time" when I finally four stepped the hurdles in a race, or "You're tall, why aren't you running the hurdles better"; "You're so lazy for being a thrower"; "You'll never be a varsity hurdler if you don't do your running workouts" etc...
It drives me insane. But sorry, I'll stop complaining. Somebody talk about something else. :P

I'm sure that you're great, Katt.
My sister play was a modern day take of Cinderella. It was basically set in Hollywood and a Joan Rivers like character was the narrator. The "ball" was a rock concert, the "prince" was the lead guitarist in the band, and the "fairy godmother' was a "Godfather" like the one in the movie. It was ok. It was kind of boring though.
Ok I'm going to bed. I'm so jealous of my brother though!!!! It's very likely that Adam is going to his school! No fair! He kept telling his friend about it and kept telling her that Adam played Mark in Rent.
*rolls eyes*
Good night. I should do the same, but I'm not.
When Rent first opened people got Adam and Anthony mixed up quite a bit, maybe because they were both "the blond guy."
I should go to bed too, but I'm feeling very restless.

It seems sleep (for once) will win over cooking...I got in the kitchen to make cinnamon rolls, but alas, no yeast. Went for the brownies, but we didn't have the chocolate I need. Not a night for baking apparently...I'll try again tomorrow...
I'm dying to hear about Company.
Whew, loooooong day.
My grandma had an emergency catharetezation (sp?) today, so I went home with a friend and we went to the variety show at my school, and I just got home. Good news is my grandma's fine. Bad news is that I didn't get any of my homework done this afternoon as I had planned.
