What do (or don't) you have, Amber? Do you have the essentials - flour, sugar, shortening, etc?

I have my mother's kitchen, so I've got the basics and more. What I don't have is fruit (I was going to make a cobbler/tart)...

Amen on the sleep...It's unfortunate my break is almost over, I need a few more days of rest!

If you want to make a tart, maybe pecan? I made jam tarts once, and they turned out well. Just throwing out a few suggestions from one baker to another (I have my peanut butter cookies in the oven; they smell so good!)

LONG track meet, long day.
And the power was out at school for a lot of the day, but we weren't allowed to leave. We've missed too much school because of hurricanes, so we would have had to make it up. But that didn't stop our Dean from leaving.
