Ah. Nah, you haven't reached my true long post average yet. Give it time. But see the key is not just rambling about pointless things so you could say a lot...well...at least don't realize you're talking about pointless things...I mean say what you want to without being conscious of length, believe it or not, I always try to keep my posts not that long. Gotta love how that works out.

Okay, 3 viewings of American Dream later, woow. Soo glad I finally got to see that. I saw Jonathan perform it on my Hey Mr. Producer DVD but this is even better, he dances and leads the women in their dancing(interestingly enough when the men comes on, he still dances w/ the women). I still wish they would have given him more dancing, but I'm *really* excited to see him in "The More We Dance." I adore John, but as he said at the talkback, he is not a dancer. Heh.

And his wig/hair piece wasn't much better here. They put a dark/spiky/Asian-like piece on, so lighter/greyer parts hung out from his sides, and gave him more of a bald part in the front. But seeing that as close to how it was done in the original Broadway show was great. The car--what an effect! And I now realize Pryce shouldn't have too much of an issue with "Ruprecht" humping him...he did a bit of car humping himself The *Official* Greg Jbara Love Thread

And don't worry Mary, only the amazingly talented Leonard Bernstein made my signature, he's in a class by himself.

ok, i was going to write something then I realized I forgot who and what I was going to write about and so had to go back.

Megan: if you think you are going to cry, don't wear eyeliner or mascara or whatever that thing that runs. i never really wear makeup. Oh, but if you do cry, maybe Greg will give you a hug. and that would be awesome!

Mary: I love your random pictures. cause I am so random!

uhhh...i think that is it. oh, and I saw part of Evita today. The part where Jonathan Pryce comes in and steals her away from all the other guys. lol. go him!

Oh thats right I forget to mention. Johnathan Pyrce looks excellent with the wig. That Broadway pic did terrible justice to him. It looks very natural from the stage.

Just popping in for a quick hi. I should probably be in bed, as I want to make sure I'm up in time to catch "The Pajama Game" performance on the Today show tomorrow morning (8am ET for those of you interested).

Quick question--do we know the exact date of Greg's and Norbert's last days? I would love to get a ticket for the last show.

Yaay Rachel!

OMG, I watched that Kiss Me Kate tape a couple of years ago! That was her?? Gah, I gotta borrow it again. This woman is such a not well-known treasure. Maybe taking over for Sherie will give her some good exposure, and she'll be able to succeed a lead in a new musical and become the big star she truly deserves to be.

Amanda - See if you can spot David Y. while you're there. The only thing the show needs now is one more song - for Andre and Christine. I'd LOVE to hear a Greg/Rachel duet!

Ohh, I would love that!

Maybe I'll just right up a list of things that need to be added/changed by the show demanded by one of the show's biggest investors(not so far from the truth this point...)...there will be a Greg/Rachel duet, more songs for Rachel, more publicity for Rachel, more dancing for Jonathan, and umm...just tomorrow only Norbert will be back in the "audience" before Oklahoma but for no reason imparticular, he will come to the front row dead center of the mezzanine...and umm...sit on the steps near me...or me himself, I wouldn't mind The *Official* Greg Jbara Love Thread

Crushes are fun, I mean NO ONE compares to the gorgeous man on my left, but his class out of the way, my other huge bway crushes are Adam Pascal, Matt Morrison(and they both kissed me *swoon), Ian Somerhalder, Scott Porter(who I think left Altar Boyz, pooh), Cheyenne Jackson, and Sarah Ramirez(no I am a lesbian but I'd fence hop for her...maybe even Rachel as well...). Well then there's also John Tartaglia, Barrett Foa, Michael Arden, Billy Crudup, Jose Llana, Hugh Panaro...and in different ways, Jesse L. Martin has the most adorable smile, Wilson is cute as a guy or girl, and Anthony and Rodney are just adorable.

Okay, actually we could be here awhile, maybe I should just stop myself...ooh, Stephen Campanella I can't forget...and Matt Wall The *Official* Greg Jbara Love Thread

This feels like a game of spin the bottle. Okay, I'll bite. Shoshana and Laura shall remain my current crushes for the time being. Okay, lets through in Future Kerrie in the loop because you KNOW she is going to be a show (and heart) stealer in the future. Completely unattainable but hey, its all good fun ^^

Like the changes Amanda! You are 1/50th of a producer by now. Time to flex those muscles! I am still only 1/68th of a producer so I have a ways to go. Can you request...um...request....wow, I can honestly say the show does not need any big changes at all. Everything and every scene just works. No requests then!

Well no show is perfect. Even West Side Story which i consider to be the greatest show ever staged on Broadway wasn't perfect...in "I Feel Pretty," Maria used too advanced words for someone who's barely been in America. I think it's important for the biggest fans to be able to admit some little flaw--it gives you a lot more credibility--showing you're not being biased, and that admitting flaws makes the claims to what you say is great stronger. I mean I'll bite...Fiyero is terribly underwritten in Wicked, the year going by in the 2nd act of Rent could be tighter, more specific about events and times, the melodies of Avenue Q are very simple, My Fair Lady ends very anticlimactic, etc. Doesn't mean I love these shows any less.

Ali- 'Hot Item' might mean the person who is wearing the shirt or.....i don't know.

wow I have started a groupd discussion about crushes. cool. yeah, definately a little bit of Norbert for me, maybe Matthew Morrison, Anthony Rapp is cool, but Norbert is above them all. Especially since I "heard" him in wicked.
