Dre - you're going to get this whole thread deleted if you don't edit those words. (No joke.)

Big difference between me and Amanda - I don't make EVERY post long!

I'd be a little surprised if Julie went out with them. I heard Greg telling Sherie that he'd meet them for dinner. He told me later that Julie and Aidan were both home, a little under the weather. (That's not to say they didn't join them later.)

My niece is 25. She's the miracle kid in the family because we were told when she was 5 that she had an inoperable brain tumor. She's been fighting the battle since then - for the last 20 years!!! She's handicapped because of it (she has to wear a brace on her left leg and her left hand is paralyzed) but she does pretty good for herself. She loves musical theatre and she's never been to NY so this was her big introduction to BROADWAY!!! (I warned her that not all Broadway shows were this great and not to expect hugs and kisses from the stars every time!)

I don't think I've ever made an Amanda post. Ever.

All of my posts are like, one line or less.

And I skip lines way too often.

Like this.

And like this.

And I just keep going on.

How annoying!

My new goal is to write longer posts, without skipping lines.

Yay!

Alright, stopping now.

I planned to make a very short post in which I said "meaniepoop Mamie," b/c that was the first post I saw when I clicked on the thread and while it still garners a "hrmph," knowing the context you perhaps were giving me a weird compliment? But Ryan, I don't hate it, but I don't cherish my title as queen of long posts, people are welcome to challenge me, and in doing so, not chide me for it...Mamie :-P

More I wanted to say from pages back...shoot. Okay, well Meghan, my friend had the same reaction to...even if you're incredibly shy around actors, Greg is just so down to earth that after a couple of minutes with him, you'll feel totally at ease. I mean the first time I really met him I was already coming out of my shell so I can't say I was really shy, but still I've heard so many people who were shy say that. It's a great quality to have, being so down to earth to make you feel at ease--all the Bway people I know are like that(Though I realize it doesn't say much for me to say that or that everyone I know is nice b/c if they weren't so down to earth and nice they prob would not get to a point where they actually "know" me...but that's besides the point.

Ah, I remember. Mamie, I *think* I did not see that room...I guess I could have peeked in, but details from that first tour are still kind of blurry and if it was around the time I got to stand in the pit...prob wouldn't remember it, as I was savioring the moment of glory The *Official* Greg Jbara Love Thread So that's the room we see on the cam right? Now I know the ensemble have dressing rooms very high up, so they go there before and after the show, and use this room to change during the show? Well, suppose I could ask myself, but you should know me well enough to know when I said dressing rooms I by no means meant "stars," I'd be as excited to see ensemble dressing rooms as i would any other, though my feet might hurt from the climb up...

Aww, hope Julie and Aidan feel better.

Ryan, have you ever seen Rachel as Muriel? I saw her twice and she was great, she has a fantastic voice, and I mean I dunno you saying Laura brought lots of youth to the role made me think similarly of her...though I understand why they have the understudies younger, as there isn't any female of Joanna's age in the ensemble, but there were a couple of lines...that I almost wish...could be altered when Rachel or Laura go on...."not a child, when we BOTH were young and gay and thin" they still are young. Oh well, I can say at least Rachel was great in the part, and of course I'd love to see Laura. Heh, I'll tell her I'm looking forward to watching her "Lawrence" :-P

And did I mention I'm soo excited to see Rachel York?? (sorry you guys will prob be hearing a lot about this from now till tomorrow night)

Oh and Mamie, thank you for...keeping us warm and thankful by sharing the story of your niece here, you told me that in DC, and it made me feel warm and fuzzy which is why of course I asked how she liked it, and I'm glad everyone else realizes what a special moment that was for her The *Official* Greg Jbara Love Thread

ok, i was reading an article about how the authors of Grease are suing a cruise line for performing the show without paying. the last line of it says: "Grease is scheduled to return to Broadway next year, the Post said." I really hope it's not true.

Meh, so much for proving that not every post I make is long. It's not only here though, it's everywhere, and sometimes I wish I knew how to be brief. Sometimes I'll send e-mails to Greg and other Broadway people and I feel so guilty that they go on and on...I don't send many e-mails/PMs anyway because even if someone said to me Amanda I love getting your e-mails send one everyday I just couldn't...maybe knowing I don't write briefly influences that and I think sending anything would be a bother no one should have to deal with.

My friends of couse, I have no trouble e-mailing/PMing long stuff to...lucky you guys The *Official* Greg Jbara Love Thread

The 16th was a great day for bww. It really wasn't technically the day I joined, since actually I joined with a different username during the beginning of last year. I didn't like it though. Then, one fine July day.. I took a stroll over here and made a new name. I didn't like it then either.

But alas, several days before our theater's community production of Seussical, I fell in love. And my lover was BWW, and we were obsessed with each other.

And we lived happily ever after. (Am I doing better at making long posts?)

I have a voice lesson soon, I'm not really looking forward to it at all. I should probably work on my AIDs/HIV project but it's not due for forever. All the stupid guys in my class are so immature. One group of them picked Teen Pregnancy as their topic, and they all say Ew whenever they see pictures.

Sigh. Middle school boys.

The most awkward part was when some of my guy friends asked me what the vulva was. Yeah. That's about when I ran over to the computer and went on bww for the first time during class. I almost never go on the computer during school, and that was the first time I've ever strayed from the task at hand. I guess I'm just goody goody.

I feel badly for Annie. What's the time change? People from other countries have it hard here on BWW where no one is on from midnight-8 the next morning.

Ok, so sometimes I really hate my friends. (But in a playful kind of sarcastic kind of way of course) Anyway, there is this really beautiful boy in my math class. And this morning I was with three friends sitting at a table and guess who sits at the table across from us. Yeah, beautiful boy. They all freak, with gaping mouths because he's so beautiful, and my friend Jess just stairs at him. So then my friend Tom (AKA Harry Potter) wanted to see what he looked like so he 'streatched' his arms and looked back at him and overly loud said, "WoW, he really is beautiful!" and we all started laughing. And then beautiful boy just looks at us like 'WTF'. That was my cue to go to class.

Later I had to go to class with beautiful boy in it, and it was so embarrising. He probably thinks that my friends and I are crazed stalkers or something.

But on a better note, I bought my tickets to RENT. I'm going to the June 3rd matinee. Row A, (third row) dead center! I am so excited. I cannot wait.

and yeah Mary, middle school boys...yeah i would like to say that guys grow up, but they don't. even high school and college guys are like middle school guys. it never gets better. they don't mature. lol sorry to tell you, but you'd find out sooner or later that the majority of guys will be like that forever lol.

ALI: I'm hoping to be able to catch DRS while I'm in the City. It's not set though. But, I was planning on taking my friend down to the stage door at some point to meet Greg anyway. Perhaps I'll make sure it's the 3rd after the evening show. The *Official* Greg Jbara Love Thread

It wouldnt have been so bad that they made it known to him that they thought he was beautiful, but I had class with him later that day and it just made class akward.

Mary, speeking of Anthony Rapp: One week before I get to meet him! I'm getting his book tomorrow. I've alrady read chapter one on Amazon and I loved it. I can't wait to read the rest.

Traci, you will not be disappointed! Have you mentioned these friends to me before or are these others?

No one's up between midnight and 8?? That's news to me. Sometimes I still haven't gone to sleep when others wake up...when Boobsie posts his morning chuckle and I haven't gone to sleep yet, that's usually my cue to get my ass to bed. But yeah, she usually wakes up around midnight our time, before swimming.

No, there is something that changes about guys when you get older...you encounter lots more openly gay men that are just picture...hot, sweet, everything, and it's just torturous.

Panda: These friends are one and the same. Sort of. Jess is the one I've told you about before and she was there. Then this was with my friends Mel and Tom. Derek wasn't there.

I agree though, as you get older all of the really hot boys turn out to be gay. Not that it's a bad thing or anything. I love all of my gay boys but it does get a bit tiresome after awhile.

Oh and also, I remember from lots of posts ago something else I wanted to say...Annie, Miss Saigon is one of the most beautiful scores of any show...so many great songs, but my absolute favorite is "Last Night of The World." Such a favorite song of mine.

Good audience still (they gave John and Norbert applause when Norbert gives "I think we still deserve a hand...."). Hope you enjoy Rachel York tomorrow, Amanda!
