He looks like Michael Berresse in the first picture.

so true
		     			Such a chameleon.

Haha, the pay phone picture is too cheesy. Like it could be a still from a really campy commercial or something. I think I love it.
Maybe he was auditioning for "Get Smart"?

It's weird that this whole set of photos was taken and never actually used for anything. They're tagged from a few days before the Tonys, right? Were these going to be his glamour shots if he had won?
1-800-CALL ATT!
Oh my God, yes, that's the one!

It is. I mean, I have no idea what they were taken for, but that's all I could come up with given the time frame.

What a bummer that whole Tony scene was last year!
But why that photo in the phone booth? Was it supposed to have a tagline like "Hey mom, guess what?!"
Not entirely, though. Raul losing was sad, but I would hate to diminish Company's win.
And I have a feeling that the two minute standing ovation he got after BEING ALIVE on the following Tuesday is still one of his most amazing experiences - wish I had been there!
He talked about it in one of those recent interviews. I'm so proud to have been there.
So I was thinking to myself as I was just walking down 8th how cool it would be to see Raul or someone like that and I'm about to cross the street when who do I see but Raul! He was walking with Deanna Dunagan which was just icing on the cake!

Cheesy, but this one is cute. I didn't even know I had it until I went to check the other one to see if the File Info could shed any special light on the circumstances of the shoot (it doesn't).

He's got such a cute smile in that one.

Heh. Raul looks great, but the HQ grime on the phone booth...not so much.
I'm kind of amazed at the idea of a working pay phone in New York City.
Did he work with Deanna at Steppenwolf? I know he is thrilled that AUGUST is so popular.

So on the live chat with Sondheim at 7 pm, Sondheim was listing people he would love to write for and he mentioned Raul. Way to go, Rauly!

Nice!

Obsessed, that's really cool

Emcee, when did he mention the Tuesday performance?

I just got the TABOO DVD of the original London cast. Has anyone seen it? I wish I had seen this in New York. I must have been sleeping under a rock for months to have missed it.
