And I mean really SCARY and WARPED and downright FREAKY images that you've seen in a music video. Spill your guts in here, if you dare!!!
Here are mine, and here are my reasons:
Britney Spears-Toxic (The lights in that video give me seizures every time, and they totally fit the song which is very electronically pumping. It's nothing like you're at a club and they start playing the song, but the Special FX in that video FREAK ME OUT!)
Aphex Twin-Come To Daddy (So freaky even you'd get a seizure.)
Bjork-All Is Full Of Love (Robot sex?! Scary!)
Michael Jackson-Thriller (Okay, this I think is going to be in everybody's number one list. The make-up in that dance sequence scares me.)
Michael Jackson-Ghosts (Make it stop, you're scaring me! Seriously!)
Fear Factory-Shock The Monkey (It was good when Peter Gabriel did it, but then a death metal band with an all-too-obvious name like Fear Factory BUTCHERS it, and you can expect nightmares in one shot.)
Lindsey Buckingham-Go Insane (That scares me so much. It could be the 1980s cheesy special effects that do that, but that just plain is so...AAAH!)
Peter Gabriel-Steam (He gets weirder and freakier with each video. He doesn't stop. He just keeps going. "Sledgehammer" was okay, but the technology in this one is so creepy that I miss the stop-motion in that video.)
Tom Petty-Don't Come Around Here No More (so creepy...nuff said...)
Backstreet Boys-Everybody (Okay that scared me a little more than Thriller, except for the dances. But the setting fits the style of the song, and that works.)
Faith No More-Falling To Pieces (I haven't even seen the video in its entirety, but from what I've heard, I just may get ready to start SCREAMING OFF THE DEEP END!!!)
Aerosmith-Living On The Edge (Now that is SCARY. Nuff said)
Wang Chung-Everybody Have Fun Tonight (The way they cut in that video scares me to death.)
Bananarama-Venus (I hate to admit it but even the synthesizers are so scary that the video even heightens the scariness.)
Soundgarden-Black Hole Sun (Without a doubt, the most WARPED and SCARIEST music video I have ever seen on the airwaves! That makes me want to stay away from the David Lynch films.)
Anybody else?
The entire video of Pat Benatar's "Love is a Battlefield." She's seducing a 12-year-old boy.
"Closer" is the only one that fits that description for me. It doesn't help that it already makes me think of Seven. And anything featuring that ugly guy from Limp Bizkit.

Thompson Twins-Lies (I only saw a clip of it, but I'm pretty sure I know what I'm in for)
Eurythmics-Missionary Man (but then again, almost ALL their music videos are scary...hmmm)
I finally saw the whole video to "Falling to Pieces". It is SO disturbing you wouldn't believe it.
The blacklight section of "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" is SO scary it's OY!
Busta Rhymes-Gimme Some More (Definitely the weirdest rap music video I have ever seen anywhere. DAMW)
Has anyone seen the music video to "Rock DJ" by Robbie Williams? The one where he tears off all his body parts just to impress some dominatrix foxes? Disturbing.

Just saw that David Hasselhoff video. I thought it looked pretty cool.
Cheezy, but cool. He has a great voice. When did he record that song?
I'm thinking like 1991. Who produced it? It sounds like Europop.
"I'm high on believing that you're in love with me..."
Yeah, high all right, but still pretty cool.

Sorry for the double post.
I totally agree with that David Hasselhoff video. *Shudder*
That's a very recent David Hasselhoff video. It's his latest. Not as impressive now, huh?
Marilyn Mason- ANYTHING by this man is scary

Yes I concur with that Marilyn Manson remark. Everything by this creature freaks me out.
Wait... the Hasselhoff video is THAT recent?!
The way it looked it looked like 1991, and it sounded like 1991 too.
If it must've been that recent, it must've been produced in Germany.
Pearl Jam - Jeremy - scariest because sh$t like that really happens.
Aerosmith - Janie's Got A Gun - see above.
Real life is always much scarier than make believe.
So, I lied. It was recorded in 1999. I would have to assume the video was made either then or 2000. And I think most of David's music is Asian imports. Not sure, though.

As someone mentioned, Closer is the ultimate. I love the video and song, but it's creepy as hell. Trent's such a genius, though.
I haven't seen Bjork's All Is Full of Love, but her Pagan Poetry video makes me squirm. The entire video is essentially in homage to piercings.
I forget who's video it is, but there's the two characters in it walking down the sidewalk and their bodies are only made of a head on top of one leg. They just hop down the street all sad looking. That one creeped me out a little.

Prisoner, I believe that's Tori Amos's "A Sorta Fairytale." It features Adrien Brody.
Speaking of Tori, I used to love her, but even I have to admit that she hasn't released anything really worth listening to since 1999.

Well, R. Kelly's "Trapped in the Closet" was strange.

You don't know unsettling until you've seen a Malice Mizer video. Go check out "Illuminati" if you don't believe me...
Metallica’s “One” is one of the scariest videos ever, but also has one of the greatest guitar solos ever.
