I am going to dress half my body as Taylor Swift and the other half as Kanye West. I will be Kanye interrupting my Taylor costume. I'll hold up a sign to the effect of, "Yo Taylor, you make a good costume and all, and I'ma let you finish, but KANYE is one of the best costumes OF ALL TIME!"

The past few years I've gone to see shows on Halloween (without dressing up) so I think I may continue that tradition.

I'm going as a mom drinking red wine while handing out candy. Creative huh?

Henry is going as Darth Vadar. And on a side note, why are these kids' costumes so expensive? $50? for a 6 year old?

If I can get the supplies together, I want to dress up as a citizen of Duloc from Shrek the Musical. I just like the costumes, no other real reason. I have it figured out, except for the hair. If anyone has any good suggestions, let me know.

I thought about being Miranda from Miranda sings. I would walk around giving people free voice lessons, but I'm not sure if many people know who she is?

The Kanye and Taylor Swift idea crossed my mind but I'm not a black male nor a blonde female and I don't want to spend too much money on a costume.

I was a wind up doll last year and wore a ballet costume from the 4th grade (no I wasnt fat...) I like to do something I can make myself since I sew and am really interested in costume designing and intense makeup.

I couldn't quite decide whether I wanted to be the little mute girl from The Pillowman or Tomas from The Orphanage. Then I booked a couple of play tickets, so it's a completely moot point. Ah well. ^_^

I've had awesome costumes for years, but this year, I just cannot think of ANYTHING. If that still is true come October 31st, then I'm just dragging out my Mad Hatter costume from last year's production of Alice and Wonderland and see if I can get some cronies to dress up as other Alice characters.

Or while we're going with the Johnny Depp theme, I might dress up as Sweeney Todd. Weirdly, I don't really like Johnny Depp, but I love the costumes he gets to wear.

I'm not dressing up as anything, because I'll be staying home unless I'm invited to a party. I'm pretty good at last-minute costumes. My best short notice one was probably an old-school Mousketeer outfit I put together in an hour.

i usually have a minimum of THREE costumes every year.

for the masQUEERade ball i go to every october, my friend and i are going as mark and roger. he's going to be mark, i'm roger. that's my lazy costume (and his lazy costume as well)
neither of us have to do very much except get the right clothes. he has short spikey blond hair and wears glasses. i have wavy brown hair that's a little past my ears. and i'm taller than he is.
it's going to be wicked easy to get the right clothes... our school colors are navy and white and they actually sell mark scarves in the book store, and i practically live in hot topic and have owned red plaid pants for 3 years.

on halloween i'm going to a party at my friend chris's house. i'm going as a zombie.

and then i have my old fall back of the grim reaper for anywhere else i end up going for halloween related activities. i have an amazing grim reaper costume. it gets more and more elaborate every year.
