Our beautiful weather is ending today. We will likely not have 60 degree weather until late March or April.
Cloudy and overcast here, boo!
We get snow again tonight... changing to rain at about midnight.

Wow, still in Seattle?
It was dry most of the day. It just started, but it switches to rain tonight, then back to regular rain patterns. Though we are set to break the all-time record tomorrow.

Insane! Lots of rain! We have had the nicest November ever!
Well... El Nino is supposed to kick-in mid-December. Then we will have warmer weather.

It will be cold here!
as long as we have snow on the mountains, I'm happy.
Seattle is crazy with snow. Glad not to have it here.

I spoke to a client today from Seattle and I thanked her for beating the Packers!

We had the most severe Santa Ana winds through here this evening that I've experienced - up to 80 mph gusts. It was pretty apocolyptic there for a while - trees getting ripped out of the ground and everything. And now it is perfectly still. It's rather eerie - like the eye of a hurricane.
We've had unseasonably warm weather for the past week, but today was outrageous. The rain finally moved in, but instead of cooling it down it just made it unbearably muggy. Here it is about to be December, and it was worse today than any day in August that I can remember. The humidity seemed to chemically react with my hair gel, my deodorant, my soap, and my sweat to where I felt like I was entirely covered in goo by the time I got home from work.
Even after a cold shower with some Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Soap, I still feel ooky. At least my heating bill will be low...

That is one of the more incredible - and vivid - things I've read on this board
And yes, brd, the winds certainly are blowing! I just hope it's not more hot air . . .

I do not use deodorant, I rarely sweat.
Dang... whenever I hear Santa Ana winds, I think of fires.
WW - that sounds even worse that OUR summers.
Well, I just removed every piece of artwork from our living room because it's being painted tomorrow, and I am sweating! Art is heavy!!!!
It was vivid, yes, but far from incredible when I was walking home from work.
And brd, come visit Georgia any given time after May. You will sweat. Good GOD will you sweat.

Art is also not easy! Even if you work at it!
Exhibit A why I live in the NW.
DD, I did my level best to convince Tiff to stay a couple of extra days and join us in DC, and she said you were trying to entice her, too! Maybe if we strategize, we can wear her down!!!!
OOOOh! I'll get right on that!
