As a fanatic, I'm kind of surprised you find BEDTIME STORIES "at her worst." I think it's one of her best. Subtle, personal, and artistic. I find it leagues better than MDNA, and I don't hate MDNA.

Me too! As much as I don't find her talented, I think Britney almost delved into BEDTIME STORIES territory with IN THE ZONE (some critics noted this as well). Close, but no cigar.

Since I have despised this woman's voice and attitude from day one, (like nails on a chalkboard} there is nothing of hers will find the way into my personal musical library.

I transfered none of it to my iTunes library. I got my first iPod right around the Confessions show during which I realized how totally over her I was.
When it was released I loathed Bedtime Stories the way some people feel about hydrangeas, and then the ex-Aramis model I was having a mad affair with and I made sweet, sweet love to it (it was the only quiet thing I owned at the time) and the length and tempi were PERFECT. His big bullfighter took a lot of bows that night, if you get my entendre.

Edited to add: I wouldn't be surprised at all that the entire thing, from the leaked backstage footage of the incident to this "Making light of" on stage to be a planned stunt from the beginning just to get her face in the news. The attention whore grows desperate.
