What was the first musical you were in? How old were you?

Mine was Honk Jr. I was nine, and I was Beaky.

re: Your First Musical?

Mine was some show that I made up at this kids theatre place. But my first real musical was The Music Man when I was 10. I played Ewart Dunlop (they used girls for guy parts because we only had two guys..)

I was in Honk Jr. too. I was Billy. It was like the Jr. version premire in the US or something, it was cool.

Awesome, we're on the same page. My first musical was in April. (Hello Dolly!)
I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

My first musical was when I was 7. Fiddler on the Roof. I just did it again two years ago. I love that show!!

And I was in Honk jr. as well. With a theatre camp. I played Ugly. It was a baaaad show.

re: Your First Musical?

Well, I did vocal support for Once On This Island this year. But I actually had stage time as Daphne/Ensemble in Thoroughly Modern Millie this past February.
"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."

That's so cool. I workshopped it before it premiered. At least that's what they told us.

"Annie" when I was in 5th grade. I played one of the orphans. The show was being done at my brother's High School and they needed some younger kids to play orphans.

re: Your First Musical?

Singing Beauty, my first musical was Fiddler too! I played the Fiddler in the seventh grade and faked playing the violin while the real violinist in the pit played. Also my fisrt encounter with fake facial hair. NOT a pleasant experience.
