I was yente in fiddler when I was 11. I think when I was in elementary school (like 1st/2nd grade) I might have done a really bad production of the wizard of oz, but I dont think it counts.

I went to Performing Arts camp starting when I was 3 and did little kid shows, but the first actual musical I did was Music Man as a soloist. The first role I had in a musical was Kim in Bye Bye Birdie when I was in 6th grade.

Fiddler On The Roof Jr- I was Mordcha The Innkeeper, unlike in the actual version I did very little. I was in To Life & the group scenes & and not much dialouge. Luckily last summer, I did the show and got the same roll which had more for me to do which included emceeing Motel & Tzietel's wedding.

re: Your First Musical?

I did my first show when I was 11. It was called The Castaways and I played the youngest orphan named Dottie. It was cute show and I still remember some of the songs from it.

But my first show that people actually knew about was Annie and I was 13. I will never do Annie again.
