Is "her" Hillary? I don't hate Hillary at all. In fact, my interest in this race started out with supporting Hillary - and I much prefer her policies to any republican candidate. The post you quoted did not even refer to Hillary once. This is a red herring if I ever did see one. Don't confuse preferring the policies and values of another candidate the same thing as 'hating'.
"Yes, but do you think she [Hillary] would endorse this investigation?"
I think she would or should but can't speak on her behalf.
Just spoke with family members in Chandler, AZ. According to them, all fingers are pointing at Maricopa County Recorder Helen Purcell, a Republican. Check out her bio at http://recorder.maricopa.gov/
They also report that the Mayor of Phoenix Greg Stanton and AZ governor Doug Ducey have requested that the DoJ launch an investigation. After this and the recent mess in NC, I can only hope that the states get their acts together in time for the general election.
The NC primary was a debacle as well as I had predicted in a earlier post. It came on the heels of a challenge to the state's redistricting aka gerrymandering that made its way to the SCOTUS. Details on the recent clusterfudge at http://www.npr.org/2016/03/10/469548881/north-carolinas-congressional-primaries-are-a-mess-because-of-these-maps

Thank you, SCOTUS. We need a new Voting Rights Act, and we need a ninth justice on the SCOTUS.
Did anyone see @midnight with Chris Hardwick last night? They had a truly hilarious "debate" between Bernie Sanders and the Trump. I couldn't read the credits fast enough so I don't know who the two actors/comedians are that played "Mr. and Mr. Grumpy". I was laughing so much; they had the mannerisms and foibles and talent to totally disappear into character. The show is a loosely played game show based on the internet and the wild posts that are found there. Additionally being cable, they are able to do outlandish comedy ranging from puns to very adult humor. SNL has nothing on these guys!
It repeats during the day today, or streams online or on demand. Comedy Central of course, (after Larry Wilmore). Very, very funny.
This is a little heartening, at least compared to what has generally been the sense:
Sanders supporters who will support Clinton (mostly)
And I agree with the sentiments of the last person but to her and others, I'd ask whether they are going to put their money where their mouths are, and I don't mean Sanders' campaign.
For all the hysteria over Bernie Bros supposedly not voting for Hillary if she's the nominee, I think it's worth looking back at where we were 8 years ago:
"Exit polls: Half of Clinton's supporters won't back Obama
May 6, 2008
(CNN) - Just how badly is the Democratic Party divided?
According to the exit polls, half of Clinton's supporters in Indiana would not vote for Obama in a general election match up with John McCain. A third of Clinton voters said they would pick McCain over Obama, while 17 percent said they would not vote at all. Just 48 percent of Clinton supporters said they would back Obama in November.
Obama gets even less support from Clinton backers in North Carolina. There, only 45 percent of Clinton supporters said they would vote for Obama over McCain. Thirty-eight percent said they would vote for McCain while 12 percent said they would not vote.
Obama voters appear to be more willing to support Clinton in November. In Indiana, 59 percent of Obama backers said they'd vote for Clinton, and 70 percent of Obama backers in North Carolina said they'd support the New York Democrat."
This election just gets more and more yucky.

Stick a fork in Ted Cruz. The National Enquirer comes out tomorrow with this on the cover:
Ewwww. Five other women agreed to have sex with him??
Yeah, it is very hard to believe that 5 other women have willingly had sex with Ted Cruz. It's easy to dismiss a tabloid, but this is the same paper that outed John Edwards' affair - hmm.
Also, it didn't take the internet long to figure out the IDs of some of those pixilated Cruz mistresses...

The National Enquirer has endorsed Trump. Not to say the allegations are false, but... you know.
Enquirer readership is likely Cruz's biggest audience of supporters.
And Katrina Pierson is one of Trump's mouthpieces. Donald went after Ted hard. He will not be denied the party's nomination. Interestingly, several polls now have Kasich coming out ahead of Hillary by a nose in the general election. Folks inside the beltway bubble have been whispering about a Trump-Kasich ticket all week despite Kasich's claims that he no interest in teaming with The Donald. Both Trump and Cruz need Kasich on the ticket but not each other. Kasich and Trump are polling neck-and-neck in PA.

Looks like she might be Cruz's mouthpiece.
The thing with the internet is that no matter who you support now, you can find polls saying they'd win against any of the other nominees in a general election.

To me, the polls that are most promising for the Dems are Obama's approval ratings. Across multiple polling firms that are at or above 50%, with his net being around +5%. Compare that to Congress with polls around 15%, with a net around -65%. Those are very good numbers heading into the general election. And while general election polls are typically useless around this time in the cycle, those comparing Trump and Clinton would be exceptions, since they are both so well known across the electorate. Those polls consistently show Clinton around +10%. Polls showing Sanders and Kasich outperforming others are useless since they are less well known.
I usually applaud the Enquirer's integrity, but this one smells like Trump paid for it.
It's not even a story about what the women have to say--it's a story that says "private investigators are investigating."
And one of the women works for Trump? I call false.

Clinton vs. Sanders
Great rebuttal to the RS endorsement.

She is such a good sport--and funny too!
Looks like the Enquirer article is a complete fabrication. If Trump gets the GOP nomination, this is going to be a very sleazy election.
