Unlikely. The producers of the show expect to run the production in Chicago for at least 2 years.
Aladdin (Chicago sit-down from 4/17/2017 - 7/2/2017)
That's not a sit-down. That's a typical tour stop. They may extend the run, but it's not open-ended,
Looking at that website, it looks like a 20th anniversary tour of "The Who's Tommy" is in the works!

The show opened on Broadway in 1993. It's 3 years too late to launch a 20th anniversary tour.
Oh and it looks like there's a 10th anniversary tour of the lord of the rings too!
I didn't realize Something Rotten was going to be a SETA tour:

Something Rotten! and The King & I are going on tour during the 2016-17 season, this thread is for the 2017-18 season.

“An American in Paris,” which was inspired by the Academy Award-winning film and won four Tony Awards in 2015, will play the Oriental Theatre, 24 W. Randolph St., from July 25 through Aug. 13, 2017.
“Les Miserables,” a perennial touring attraction, will again be at the Cadillac Palace Theatre from Oct. 11 through 29, 2017.

Thought Lea was doing Fun Home in Philippines and that's why Allegiance wasn't touring.
Wonder if "In Transit" will tour if does well this season.
Fun Home is only running through November 27.

Surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet, but On Your Feet will be going on tour next season.

It is currently listed on The Booking Group website, so it's likely...

Chicago I think is the first to announce their season (past Hamilton). Even then, we should be getting more shows added to their season for the spring. Many more shows to announce (but nonetheless, I will update the first post!)
EDIT: Added OYF to rumored (since there has been no 100% official confirmation). I know there is at least one other tour that has been mentioned elsewhere on the board, but I am keeping it off the list for now.
It was just announced that The Humans will tour...

yikes, this season doesn't sound promising at all - either because I had seen a good majority of the shows on Broadway or - well, most shows, are super stale and creeky
It was just announced that Bright Star will be launching a tour in Salt Lake City at the beginning of 2018...

I have updated the list with Bright Star and The Color Purple. I am keeping the Humans off the list for now until there is more information, because if its like the A View from the Bridge tour, then it's not really a tour.
There are at least two more that I know of that are definitely touring, but I'm waiting until official acknowledgement from those shows to update them on the list. One is just moving from Rumored to Confirmed, while the other is not on the list at all.

It wasn't, quite, though. The producer announced it during the Q&A, Laura tweeted about it, and Alan Henry is writing about it as fact when the producer himself said "the rumor is" Salt Lake City is the first city.
Meanwhile, Laura is having to tweet stuff like this to clarify:
