Most of the regional theaters sell subscriptions first which include all of the shows in the season. Afterwards (often 8-10 weeks before the show), they will put single show tickets on sale. I'd just wait. There's no reason not to and while some secondary sites are legit, none of the ones you listed seem to be.

FYI: According to my records, today's announcement of the 2018-2019 season at the Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville marks the 100th announcement for the upcoming touring season. Nashville's announcement tonight will be the 101st.
Nashville and Knoxville don't typically have a big line up. Curious what will be playing there.

Are there any rumors on the casts for Cats? I know Caroline Bowman sang Memory at the Broadway In Chicago concert back in August, but that also doesn’t necessarily mean she’s in the show. Though she does have a connection to ALW having done the Evita tour.

Well, the nonequity tour of the King And I opens Tuesday in Jacksonville. I did not realize that we were the second stop on the tour. I had predicted it would sell well, because Jacksonville's subscription house loves the older shows and if you subscribed to this season, you were guaranteed a ticket to Hamilton for next season. Well, I was really wrong. It is selling terriblly. They offered $30 lottery seats and I won for Friday. You get to pick your seats, so I chose the front, center of the loge for $30. Not a bad price for a ticket selling originally over $130.
