ALW's Cinderella (I'm still skeptical about this but it keeps coming up)

Speaking as a visitor who only makes it to NYC once a year, if I'm lucky, I just can't wait until my next visit. To me this is looking like one of the best and most exciting Broadway seasons in my memory.
Start spreading the news: New York, New York will begin previews March 24 and open April 26 at the St. James Theatre.

Hannah Cruz from Suffs posted on her IG story a photo of the score with an updated title design and the caption “We back again”
Also a very brief clip on the account of Dan Tracy showing the cast gathered in what appears to be some sort of rehearsal space…
No formal announcement yet, but I would suspect this means a transfer…

So only a few theatres left - the Hudson, the Marquis, the Barrymore, the American Airlines, the James Earl Jones, the Lyceum and the Golden have productions closing in January with no replacement announced*, and the Broadway still seems dormant. What would you expect/hope to see in those venues?
Personally, I'm still crossing fingers for Lempicka simply because I want to see Eden Espinosa succeed on Broadway. But this is shaping up to be a really competitive season, so I wouldn't be too upset if they delay to 2023/4 or announce a change in direction (why release songs from the soundtrack if the musical won't be taken any further?) Of course, there is the chance that Espinosa could move to the Frida Kahlo musical instead, and that is more likely to be a hit....
* You could add the Winter Garden if they choose to have a temporary production in the six months between Music Man closing and BTTF opening - a concert would be more likely though. Then there are the theatres with productions closing later, such as the Majestic, the Longacre and the Freidman. Could they sneak in something at the 11th hour?

Maybe a limited run of Parade will go into the Winter Garden? (Just a hopeful suggestion because the show was so incredible)

I don't know about the Winter Garden. I think City Center has probably been a bit spooked by the mistake of putting Woods into such a big theatre. I think they'd be looking for something closer to 1100 seats.
Huh? They made money hand over fist for their original limited run. It was only when they extended without Sara Bareilles that they had to close the balcony.
Jessica Chastain will return to Broadway this spring in a new adaptation of Henrik Ibsen’s A Doll’s House. Dates and a theatre will be announced later.

When? Is there time between TMM closing and Back To The Future starting their rehearsals, tech, etc?
There is certainly time for an EXTREMELY limited run of Parade at the Winter Garden, think Sunday in the Park with George or the initial run of Into the Woods. I would think they would want a theatre that didn’t already have a future tenant so they could extend, like the Broadway Theatre, but that was the case with Into the Woods. So, who knows what will happen.
If Parade transfers do we know the commercial producer? Jordan Roth/Jujamcyn are behind ITW, but would they also produce Parade? I can also see Jeffrey Richard’s or Stacey Mindich producing the commercial run.
Due to breakthrough COVID, KPOP has pushed back their opening night by a week, to November 27.
