Already seeing Smash in March. Planning on seeing MHE & DBH this winter. Now I need to squeeze in Dead Outlaw and Operation Mincemeat.
Eureka Day has extended again, to February 16.

I assume Smash wouldn’t be considered a new score, correct? Anyone know how much, if any, new music is in the show that wasn’t in the tv show? I also assume “Let’s Be Bad” won’t be used since it was in Some Like It Hot?

I have to say that this season does not excite me as previously seasons. I’m doing my annual trip next month and it’s the first time in a while that I’m struggling to fill all 7 spots (first world problem I know) which shows I’m excited about. Maybe it’s because I’ve been lucky enough to see a lot of shows over years so I typically see new shows when I go. This year I’m seeing:
gypsy, L5Y, Othello, Good Night and Hood Luck, Real Women have Curves, maybe Cabaret and then will decide on the final slot.
I feel like this season has a lot more shows with polarizing reviews on here in that people either love them or hate them (more than normal haha).
that being said I’m really excited for the trip and often think back to the pandemic days when I would have loved to see just one show
