For all the people like me who jumped on those front row seats during presale that were not clearly labeled ADA or companion seating by TodayTix, not a soul said a word about it when I attended tonight.
As for the show? I feel like I can check out for the rest of the season (ok, I'll see Dead Outlaw again), nothing is going to top this night for me.
All in all, I found this production to be thrilling and hypnotizing. Even when the conceit falters (and it does), Scott never wavers. Not even for a second. What a performance.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone on this board who saw the production over the pond for convincing me to purchase a ticket!
It was also so damn refreshing to sit with a respectful, wrapt, entirely undisruptive audience for the first time in a long time.
Saw this last night and Andrew Scott is mesmerizing. If you don't already have tickets and find any you can afford, I can't recommend it more highly. This blows the Lincoln Center production out of the water.
Can’t wait to see this. Does Scott stage door?

I've seen a few stage door videos from different nights, seems like he's been coming out.

Yes, I've seen several pics and videos of him stagedooring, including an adorable interaction with a little girl who said she found it "funny." He's seems really sweet.
