Tnks for posting!
I think Ashlee can't sing, but she does sound like other Roxie's, she sounds a lot like Verdon.
She is so damn... stiff.
Not bad!
Too young for the role, but she certainly LOOKS old enough, and that's all that matters.
I like her better with her old face though...she doesn't even look like the same person anymore, so no...we won't recognize you "hair, teeth, boobs" OR, especially, your "nose."

Interesting. She definately won't be the worst Roxie.

She certainly surprised me! I really want to see her now and I hope she comes to Broadway.
By the way, is the London stage bigger? It looks gigantic to me.
dang it, it won't work

I was pretty impressed. It was also interesting to see how tastefully she said "I'd like to just keep this about CHICAGO" when they asked her about her plastic surgery

I think she looks surprisingly good. I'm shocked. She looks gorgeous and so much older than she really is.
Not bad at all. She's obviously working pretty hard, I wouldn't pay $100+ to see the whole performance, though.
With some time, it looks like she could make a great Roxy.
Actually, she looks like she'll be fantastic.
i am pleasantly suprised, and we can all rest assured based on her making a lyric flub in me and my baby that there will be no hoe downs if she screws up
I think her voice is just right for that role.
The acting and the dancing... that's what worries me.
She's not bad. She is nothing special, but she has enough to make it a nice run. Best of luck to her.
Why does her dancing worry you? Not from the video I assume, as she looks great doing the little they show there. And no worries, she trained for years. While her ballet technique wouldnt be impressive to someone trained, she is VERY good. If anyone from the Boston area saw that HUGE free show a few years back (ok, a few plus a few) at the Half Shell, when Jessica opened for 98 Degrees with Ball in the House and No Authority, Ashlee was the dancer who fell on her ass becsaue the stage was wet (raining, stage outside). She was young, but moved very well.

I had a hunch that she would fit right into this show. She looks really good, and I'm sure she'll be great by the show she starts. Good for her. Seems like a sweet person.
She'd better come to Broadway...

Dear Lord. It's unthinkable!!!!!!!!
The woman...is really good!!!!!!!!! I had to see it to believe it.
Whoever said she sounded like Gwen Verdon...how? Gwen Verdon performed the part better vocally with vocal problems than this one! God, this is awful.

I'm pretty sure that's a stunt double or something....
Okay, probably not, but she isn't even reognizable after all that plastic surgery. She looks like an entirely different person.

she does look entirely different, but she looks great! wish i could see her in this!
i think she'll do just fine...
wow, and everyone posted on that gigantic thread about what a nightmare she'd be in this show...sheesh
:P
well... i just hate her all together...so yeah...
