I also got a front row ticket to the performance I had a ticket to when it crashed, yay! However, I'm worried that I may have accidentally gotten a seat meant for someone with a wheelchair or other needs...it didn't have any special icon or anything on the "dot" on the seating chart, but I noticed after I bought it that it says accessible. Now I feel awful and emailed them to please switch it if so. Just a heads up in case anyone is looking for tickets...be better than me!

My seat was labeled as a companion seat, but the accessible seat beside it was already gone so I assumed it was okay to nab that one.

Agreed that that's totally fine since they seemingly didn't need the companion seat. Looking at the seating chart now, I find it so odd that the companion seat has a different icon, but not the accessible seat...since I was in a hurry when things got back online I admittedly could have read things in more detail (and, as I said, I feel awful), but I've never seen seating charts where there isn't a clear visual differentiator for those seats. I hope they can help me switch it.
So insanely disappointed. Even after the crash I had a ticket in my cart with plenty of time to checkout, and the site released my ticket as I was trying to proceed. If anyone has an extra ticket to either performance on November 13th I would be eternally grateful. Really just a bummer all around.

I just checked my email and my ticket says accessible too. There was absolutely nothing indicating this when I ordered. You shouldn’t feel bad at all and you shouldn’t have to switch your seat. Ovation Tix is at fault if this seat is intended for anything other than a general seat.

I also almost fell for this, but I happened to notice in the box that popped up when you clicked on the seat (before adding it to the cart), it said there that this was an accessible seat. That, the fact they had Companion seats right beside them, and the fact there were so many prime looking front row aisle seats available when so many other tickets were sold made me realize what was going on.
And if you keep the seat you run into the possibility of getting to the venue and there being nowhere for you to sit, if these are indeed empty wheelchair spaces. Not all theaters have extra chairs around they can place in those spots for situations like this.
EDIT TO ADD: I wholeheartedly agree that the seats should've been more clearly labeled!!!
Finally got to book my tix at 1:45 too, yay! I had tix pre-COVID but got a refund instead of auto-rebook at the time.
IMHO if you accidentally bought a wheelchair accessible/companion seat & are not getting a timely response, I would personally buy new tix so you have guaranteed seats & work with CSC to get refunded for the wheelchair seats…I can’t imagine they wouldn’t work with you on that.
It’s such a small theater & remaining seats seem to be going fast….
So, my friend bought accessible seats by accident too. After looking at the comments here I got a second set of tickets so we were not going to end up with nothing.
Turns out that CSC emailed my friend back and we can use the original accessible tickets. They said 'accessibility seating can be used by anyone' as an FYI.
So if anyone wants to buy two tickets (with no markup of course) for Nov 3rd 7pm show let me know. They were an on-aisle Classic Prime seats. Posted this on the tickets board here too.

I also had good luck by contacting them on Messenger - and I wouldn’t have thought of it if it hadn’t been for this post! They gave me my first-choice date and the same seats I had before. THANK YOU!
"The Flag Song" is the same exact melody as "It's In Your Hands Now" from Road Show. Now that it's officially part of Road Show, I doubt we'll ever hear it in an Assassins production.
