It seems ill advised that they chose probably the most labor intensive re-booking process possible. Anyway. I'm sure once I get my re-booking e-mail this will all be a forgotten memory.
I had really good luck contacting them last week via Facebook messenger. The person responding wasn't "box office" but they were able to confirm I was rebooked, etc.
I get not selling tickets in person at the box office but it's kind of crazy they aren't even doing it over the phone. I guess there's some old people that need to learn to use a computer posthaste!

Does anyone know what the Classic Perspective is? On a different it's a regular talkback.
Did anyone see the price ranges before the site crashed?
I truly don't understand why this level of traffic always seems to be a "surprise" to ticketing websites. Haven't they learned by now to take the capacity they think they'll need and triple it?
I only saw 2 price points. First was around $87 for most seats and then a couple premium seats in green for around $150 (I think, it crashed pretty quickly). Fees were $7. I was looking at midweek in January and there were not a lot of seats left.

The performance I was looking at seemed to be $85 and $150. But I was on there quite briefly.
