This doesn't help those frustrated and waiting but I was successfully rebooked. I imagine they are indeed on a skeleton crew right now.

It seems ill advised that they chose probably the most labor intensive re-booking process possible. Anyway. I'm sure once I get my re-booking e-mail this will all be a forgotten memory.

I still haven't received rebooking info or any response to my attempt to contact.
Low-key freaked out. Any advice? (other than "calm down"... which is probably the best advice)

I had really good luck contacting them last week via Facebook messenger. The person responding wasn't "box office" but they were able to confirm I was rebooked, etc.

Thank you! Hilariously, Facebook is down for me right now. But I'll try in a bit.
Thanks thanks thanks.

Looks like the public on sale date has been pushed to Thursday. The website now says:
Tickets on sale to the public October 7 at 1pm EDT.

I get not selling tickets in person at the box office but it's kind of crazy they aren't even doing it over the phone. I guess there's some old people that need to learn to use a computer posthaste!

Thanks, again, Kahkis. I finally got a hold of someone via Facebook and they were, of course, incredibly helpful and gracious.
Excited to see the show.

Posted: 10/7/21 at 1:05pmI had a feeling Ovation Tix would not load. Sigh. So far no response in either Firefox or Chrome. Updated On: 10/7/21 at 01:05 PM

I was on for a minute but then it froze up when I tried to add my ticket to the cart. Arrrgh!

Even though I kind of expected it, still disappointing.

Has anyone tried calling CSC or would they even be able to help?
Also, for anyone who has been to this theater... what is it like? Is the stage high? Thanks!

Tried calling, left a voicemail and emailed. Their box office option is "10" which is weird.
It's a thrust set-up.

Did anyone see the price ranges before the site crashed?
I truly don't understand why this level of traffic always seems to be a "surprise" to ticketing websites. Haven't they learned by now to take the capacity they think they'll need and triple it?

They tweeted that they're having technical difficulties and to stay tuned for an update. Sigh.

I only saw 2 price points. First was around $87 for most seats and then a couple premium seats in green for around $150 (I think, it crashed pretty quickly). Fees were $7. I was looking at midweek in January and there were not a lot of seats left.

The performance I was looking at seemed to be $85 and $150. But I was on there quite briefly.

At this point, they should just say they're going on sale at a later time, so people can stop refreshing.
