I'm glad we can request missing points, but ooh boy are they taking their sweet time to verify them! Much longer than usual, it's been nearly two weeks.

Is Audience Rewards phasing out all cheap points/money combos? I've been keeping an eye on Maybe Happy Ending, waiting for them to release their January dates for the 500pts + $96 and now it seems that is gone completely and the only two options are 12k + $96 or 19,500 points. There are only a few shows that look like they have a low point/money combo left. 

*Edit- looks like I may have just caught them in the middle of updating inventory, as the dates showed up for the lower point total! (Although the checkout process is broken for me and I can't actually get the tickets)

My missing points request was finally fulfilled after 5 weeks.  :(

You really have to check daily to see what the deals are. A lot of the newer shows are starting high and only have limited inventory of lower priced ones. I had about 22K points and didn’t want to spend any more cash than I had to in order to fill out my season. I was able to get CATS for 8000pts, JOE TURNER for 4500pts + $48, PROOF for 4500 + $108, and THE FEAR OF 13 for 4500 + $48

CATS - Orch R1

JOE TURNER - Orch N20

PROOF - TBD (but it was advertised as Orch Row K)

THE FEAR OF 13 - Mezz G101

(These may not accurately reflect everyone’s experiences as I had to request accessible seating due to my height and overall build and it wasn’t guaranteed

Has anyone had luck past/post dating Audience Rewards redemptions? I have tickets for Stranger Things that I would rather not sell and forfeit the points, but not sure what general experience might have been and I've a feeling BroadwayDirect will just tell me I have to work with AR.

I past dated Hadestown (ATG) tickets purchased through Audience Rewards.

Broadway Direct (Nederlander) states that:

All tickets (including rush, lottery, TKTS, and TDF tickets) that have never been scanned or that were scanned out at the theatre are eligible for past dating. The only tickets that are not eligible for past dating are complimentary tickets. These tickets are labeled with the word "comp" and have the ticket price listed as $0.00

I attempted this years ago and had a bad experience and got yelled at by audience rewards for it and  was told redemptions are not eligible to be past dated as they are coded in the system as comps

I went within the past year via AudienceRewards and had a prime center orchestra seat about 3/4 of the way back.

Wonderful, thank you! I'll hope for similar. For $42 and 250 show points, I wasn't sure what to expect!
