A bit off topic, but still on point with AR - when I was in NYC last month, I purchased my tickets for "Lost Boys" and "Schmigadoon," at their respective box offices. I gave my AR number to the box office person, and they each entered the number into their system - just like I did with a few other shows that I bought directly at the box office.
Within a few days after seeing all my shows - 15 total, all the AR points posted - except for "Lost Boys," and "Schmigadoon." AR has a feature for missing show points, and I entered in the order number, and dates for those two missing shows. About two weeks later, AR emailed saying that both shows are not eligible for AR. Yet, both of these shows are available for redemption on AR. Very confusing. I called AR, and in speaking to the lady, she said that when purchasing tickets for any Broadway Direct show, points are only given when purchased online - not in person at the box office. For Telecharge shows, points can be given online, in person, or over the phone.
That just doesn't make any sense.
