I'm hoping to pick up a pair of AR tix for Buena Vista on November 5. The current crop of tickets cover Sept 10 to October 1, with most of the offerings already sold out. Anyone here have any insight into when AR posts a new set of tickets for a show? Is it possible that the next batch, which might or might not start around October 2, might include the first week in November? Or is there no rhyme or reason to when they post and what they make available?

I'm curious when the tickets for the Met Opera become available for points redemptions? They have all this season's operas listed, but just for straight purchase.
After their website update my history doesn't go back to last Fall to see when I redeemed last year.
For Broadway shows I see The Outsiders has redemption dates through October available, and when I last checked on the weekend some dates were still available.
Nothing new for Buena Vista.
For MAMMA MIA on Wednesday, I was assigned Orch L 17

Yikes! For last Friday night I was assigned K-2.
You sunk my battleship!

Considering it’s a Wednesday matinee - which means the AARP crowd will be filling the seats, and the regular price of that seat is $159, I’m totally fine with that. There ain’t no regular discounts and hell will have air conditioning before I pay that much for Mamma Mia! Lol

I've been checking daily for Met tickets. According to my credit card statements from last year, I bought Met tickets through Audience Rewards on August 30th, so I'm surprised they're not available already. Opening night is less than 2 weeks away, so they should be available for redemption soon!
Discounted tickets are already available on TodayTix, so that's an option if you'd like to secure tickets sooner.

If AR isn’t going to get their act together (at the very least go back to the old website?) they might as well just shut it down and call it a day. Maybe TodayTix should take over their (currently very limited) functions. They are getting worse by the day, and their “customer service” has mostly been surly and apathetic (I’m sure the staff is miserable having to work under these conditions, so I hardly blame them).

Thanks for the suggestion. I just checked & I'm looking first-ever Saturday matinee for Arabella & it isn't available on TodayTix. Probably too popular a performance time.

Anyone else notice that they’re advertising the hell out of AR on those train stop / phone charger pillars around the city all of a sudden?
Strange time to start a sudden advertising blitz - when your website is barely functional and in the worst shape it’s been in years.
The points redemption tickets for Met Opera performances are live now. Once I get a seat number I'll post what I was able to get.
500 points & $72 for select or hestra seats

Thanks so much for posting this. I just bought tickets for 5 performances for my week in New York in November.
So excited!

I'd like to see Death Becomes Her again. Does anyone know recent seating locations through Audience Rewards (500pts./$78-Orchestra) or TDF? Thanks in advance.
I finally received my confirmation email from AR. I got X23 on the right orchestra. It looks like the 4 AR seats are X17,19,21 &23.

Did you receive any emails to confirm your purchase last week? I haven't received anything yet. Getting a little worried, but I'm glad you received your confirmation.
It's a shame they've got those fixed seats for AR redemptions. I remember a few seasons ago, I was lucky enough to get amazing seats in Orchestra Prime and Front Side.

Check your spam folder. My email was there. I didn't receive any emails right away, but it came this morning.
Looking at posts from last year, some people did get different seats for other performance dates, so those seats in row X may not be the seats for every performance. I chose a matinee that is one of the scheduled Live in HD broadcasts for which they probably hope to sell a lot of full priced seats - so they probably don't want to give AR prime seats. I'm ok since it saved me about $130 off the regular price of those seats.

You'd be surprised how easy it is to target those ads to the people who are in that area at any given moment. Geofencing is both terrifying and an amazing marketing tool

No emails at all, and I did check my junk folder. I called customer service, and they were very helpful. For the 5 performances, I got T17, U17, X17 for 2 and X 19, so they're all in that same area.

Jordan Catalano: Since they have the ability to post new tickets, it would be real nice if they would also give me points for ANYTHING. They haven’t given me a single point for anything in about 7 months and the same old “just hold onto your order numbers and once the system is back…” BS.
I had not received any ticket purchase points all year. I'm usually on an iPad but today I decided to check via my desktop (Microsoft) and all the point activity appears. It was so weird. I went back and checked on my iPad and that only shows redemptions. Anyway, just thought I'd let you know.
Yep, they FINALLY have their “missing points” feature back. You can claim missing points going back to January which is actually good of them since the site hasn’t worked ALL YEAR. Hopefully this means it’ll be back to normal, now.

Yep they finally seem to be fixing some of the small but annoying bugs in their system —which is great. I still don’t get why they can’t just switch back to the old (but good) website design?
Unfortunately it seems the shows are still being a lot stingier with redeeming points.

Answering my own question, looks like they added dates for all of October through November 5 (the date I needed) either yesterday 9/17 or today 9/18.
EDITED TO ADD: As others have previously indicated about AR seating for this show, our seats are Orchestra Row N, seats 1-3.
