I'll be looking for ANYTHING Angels In America related, and I'm curious to see what kind of stuff Cursed Child is going to have (in hopes that they will, in fact, have a table).
While I will not be attending this years Flea market
A friend is going and Ive given her money to help me find a Tuck everlasting windowcard and some show magnets!

Yes, although I'm not sure if there's one of the original design specifically from the Broadway run. I was lucky enough to win two rare window cards in contests run via their social media team - one of them was a special edition one in landscape orientation with quotes from the show all around the Once logo and the second is from when they rebranded color schemes to a red/black gradient logo against a white background with Joanna Christie and Paul Nolan in the forefront and the ensemble in the background. (They later photoshopped Jessie Fisher in place for ads.) The special edition one was later available at their Flea Market booth but I never noticed it on sale at the show. I know I picked a few up for cheap and gave one to a friend, but can't remember if I still have one left.
The tour had window cards with the original logo and "His music needed one thing. Her." tagline, very similar to the London poster but London had credits, "winner of" statements, and the Phoenix Theatre branding.

I am limiting myself to really special or classic Playbills. I really don't have the room for more clutter. From the past few years I've found stuff like Nine, Most Happy Fella, original Chicago, Bells Are Ringing, etc. I don't know if I'll dig this year. It'll depend on how much time I have to wander about.
I like kind of kitschy, specific merch more than the general mugs, T-shirts, windowcards, etc. Like the Anastasia music box or The American in Paris ballet slippers (not that I bought either). But I haven't seen a lot of that kind of stuff recently except at that table that mostly has opening night gifts.
I will probably get more plastic show cups because it's useful to have a drink with a lid and T-shirts. Hopefully they'll have something other than Frank Wildhorn shows this year.

Still no details on the shows which will have tables this year. Still wondering if Springsteen on Broadway will have any merchandise or signed collectibles for sale. If so I’m sure they’ll make a fortune!!
BCEFA named a few tables on the website:
Among the shows scheduled to have tables this year are Aladdin, Anastasia, Beautiful – The Carole King Musical, Dear Evan Hansen, Frozen, Hamilton, Kinky Boots, The Lion King, Mean Girls, NEWSical The Musical, The Phantom of the Opera, Pretty Woman, School of Rock – The Musical, Sweeney Todd, Waitress and Wicked, with a special table featuring items from recently closed shows.

The main page for the Flea Market updated with a partial list:
"Among the shows scheduled to have tables this year are Aladdin, Anastasia, Beautiful – The Carole King Musical, Dear Evan Hansen, Frozen, Hamilton, Kinky Boots, The Lion King, Mean Girls, NEWSical The Musical, The Phantom of the Opera, Pretty Woman, School of Rock – The Musical, Sweeney Todd, Waitress and Wicked, with a special table featuring items from recently closed shows."
EDIT: Poster above just pipped me to the post. The phrasing suggests there might be a few more tables as well!
How early do people recommend getting there? Last year I showed up like 10mins before the designated start time, yet all the tables were already crowded beyond capacity. I guess the tables don't wait till the start time on the website?
I also hope they close 44th and 45th street like they used to a few years ago. It is impossibly crowded having everyone stuck on just the sidewalk.

9:30 AM I arrived last year and it was a lot more empty. Choose a table you know you will need to go to and go there first. Good luck at the flea!
I unfortunately can't make it as I live internationally. Is anyone here willing to purchase stuff for me? I can send the money over in advance and pay for shipping. Please let me know! Thanks

I’m looking for a few specific, rare window cards (Lion in Winter at Roundabout with Stockard Channing and Lawrence Fishburn, Tick Tick Boom with Raul Esparza, Next to Normal pre-Broadway tryouts, Assassins with Victor Garber, Little Me with Faith Prince and Martin Short, a few others), and for those wine sippy cups that they sell at theater bars, especially for older closed shows. I also always love to pick through the big bins of miscellaneous nonsense, like magnets and pinbacks and other small souvenir items. One of my favorite events of the year!

They've posted the first lots of silent and live auction items for Flea

Has anybody participated in the silent auctions at the Broadway Flea market. I know the online bids end the Friday before the flea market. I live in CA so I can't attend the flea market and was wondering how they list the highest bid at the flea market. Is it even worth it to place a bid for non-attending people? Any help would be great. Thanks.

Does anyone know how often pairs Nessa's silver shoes from Wicked tend to pop up at the flea market? And how much they tend to go for? A friend is going for me this year so we're trying to figure how much I should send her on the off chance she finds them.

The incredibly boring autograph table list is up. They’re just not even trying anymore.

This looks like one of the worst in years. But I am sure there are many on here that are thrilled.

Yup. I'd love a picture with Chita but if they keep her in the 1-2 slot I wouldn't make my 1:30 show at the Public.
I think the appearances, or lack of star power, is due to the offerings currently on the boards. Additionally, you have to remember they are people just like us after all, and they may have commitments or prefer not to appear on a work day for them. I think it's wrong to fault BCEFA, who take great measures to even make this happen; and after all, this is only the initial announcement and the lineup could very well change.
There are PLENTY of people with “Star Power” who live in the city and I find it very hard to believe that a handful of them can’t give an hour of their time one day a year to raise some money for charity. I just don’t think BC/EFA even tries anymore to get them, like they used to.

"Silent auction" is a misnomer. They have the items online, but then they are announced within their allotted time slots at Flea along with the bid in play from the online auction or the highest bid in person (they set the lots out for about 15-20min so people can look at/bid on them) and they do a live auction format. Sometimes they will close the item very quickly (especially if the highest bid is online), but more often than not they will try to get people in a bidding war at Flea. You can also arrange to be on the phone with a BCEFA volunteer who is onsite during the item so you can bid in real time during the auction.

I wonder if them changing dates a couple months out had something to do with it. Whether some people said yes to the 23rd and made plans for other weekends, only to have the event moved back to Sept 30th.

Hoping to find some Raúl Esparza playbills and flyers I don't have and opening night stuff from his shows. Also things from SpongeBob and Groundhog Day
