Select seats are not premium seats. They could be wherever in those sections, and hopefully people understand that. Them lying about how all seats to Downstate are $150 and about getting a code "immediately" when no one has received it yet seems shady.

I'm hoping, perhaps naively, that the $250 SMS seats will be as good as the $150 Downstate options. I'll be pretty angry if they're not, but...worst case scenario, I still have great seats for Downstate, which isn't nothing!

TodayTix has additional code SAVE20 for Downstate tickets. Using it probably will disqualify you from SMS presale code, but I'm not certain about it.

Code just came in. Miserable seat selection at the back of the front mezz and the far sides of the orchestra. I'm very unhappy.

I noticed that too and had the same thought about it disqualifying you from SMS. It wasn't clear at all...
It's also kinda crazy that they didn't tell you during checkout if you were one of the 100 first buyers. You're just supposed to keep your fingers crossed and hope they're being honest and legit about it and that you bought your ticket in time?
Otherwise you're just stuck with a ~$150 ticket to a show that you'll be able to access MUCH cheaper tickets for in the coming months.

Be careful to check your dates before paying. Telecharge kept changing me from March 3 to a random date in May as I went to pay.

I had a hunch. Everything was way too vague.
It makes more sense to get a TDF ticket to Downstate for $55 then be able to pick whatever you want for Small Mouth Sounds. No idea what the prices will be though, but I suspect they will be terrifying.

I just spoke to a friend who didn't get a code and was very upset and called Telecharge and asked for a refund on her Downstate ticket, to my great surprise they honored the request and processed the refund.

Thinking at least $500 a seat for anything "premium". I wasn't really interested in seeing SMS, but really wanted to see Downstate, so I thought this was a decent offer to get me in the door. But I'm not going to sit off to the side and I'm not dropping $1k for 2 seats for it either
