"Mia Michaels is getting a nomination. Take out On the 20th century"
Philly, it's statements like this that make people dislike you. You sound rude. Try phrasing it as a suggestion or an opinion instead.
I personally agree with Trish's picks but could see Finding Neverland snagging a nomination. But as for your question, it will be 5 nominees

I don't care if people don't like me. Im just saying Mia Michaels will get a nomination which is true.
Finding Neverland
On the Town
An American in Paris
Something Rotten
Gigi or Honeymoon In Vegas

I predict:
An American in Paris
On the Town
On The 20th Century
Something Rotten
The King & I

I would not be shocked if Graciela Daniele is nominated for The Visit.
"Im just saying Mia Michaels will get a nomination which is true. "
It isn't "true", actually.
5 nominees:
Chris Wheeldon, AAIP
Josh Bergasse, OTT
Casey Nicholaw, SR
Graciela Daniele, The Visit
Chris Gatelli, King and I
Warren Carlyle might get in there, but I'm not sure in which slot.

yeah like they don't blab

I'd swap a Casey Nicholaw for a Mia Michaels or an anything else. As much as I loved Something Rotten the two times, the thing that left the least of a lingering memory was the choreography.

I would swap Carlyle and Nicholaw I also think that Christopher Wheeldon will (and should) win.

surprised that many people are saying King and I

Though i liked Daniele's work in THE VISIT, there's not much of it in comparison to other contenders this year. I think Carlyle's work in 20th CENTURY is one of the best things about that show. Mia Michaels didn't get many favorable reviews for her work in FINDING NEVERLAND, plus with the show being panned by most critics I can't imagine her getting in.
An American In Paris
Something Rotten
On the Town
On the 20th Century
The King and I

^ I agree with that list.
As for FINDING NEVERLAND, loved the show mostly, but really hated the freaky hiccup-y choreography. I wasn't much of a fan of the SOMETHING ROTTEN choreo either, but am certain the groundswell of support for the show will get Casey Nicholaw the choreography nom as well.

I agree Someone in a tree 2, and i think it's Wheeldon's to lose.

We have to remember that Phil has a rich new friend he met on the internet who is a tony voter - and, apparently, one with absolutely no discretion unless Phil has another rich new friend he met on the internet who is the one with absolutely no discretion. And that person likely will no longer be a Tony Nominating Committee person.
I haven't seen the shows, but I agree with the speculation that it's Wheeldon's to lose.

^Though he might face some tough competition from Joshua Bergasse for On the Town.

I was just going to say On the Town too…..loved it. But American in Paris?
Can't go wrong with either one of these.
Just not The King and I. I'm sure it's great, but been there done that. Something new and different this time.
I even dug the choreography for OTTC. Really lively. Really fun. Those porters were something else!

Although Gattelli's staging is based on Robbins' original concepts, he adapted it for that unforgiving space brilliantly and, I think, will be rewarded for it.

I am delighted that Curious got a nom for choreography.
