#1105Joe Caffrey
Posted: 10/9/05 at 4:13pmI just wanted to say that I think Joe Caffrey makes a really great big brother, even though there's an age difference. What do you think? Also, what do you think about his understudies, Chris Lennon and Karl Morgan?

Posted: 10/9/05 at 4:27pmThe first time i saw teh shwo i had Chris Lennon as Tony and i thought he waas great but then when i saw it again with Jow Caffrey as Tony i realised they have definetly cast him correcty. They are both amazing but Joe brings something special to the show. Although still when i watch it i always wonder why Chris Lennon is apreaing in the ensamble instead of as tony.

quite a shock this whole MJ thing is creating... my view: who cares, if you want to call him a molester- go for it. If you want to defend him- have at it.
meanwhile- any knews on James and any new projects?

Hi just to let you know that Steve Ellias, better know to us of course as Mr Braithwaite, performed in a royal gala charity event last night at the Piccadilly Theatre in front of HRH Prince Edward. He sang the role of nicely nicely singing "Sit down your rocking the boat" from the musical "Guys And Dolls" and very good he was as well!! WELL DONE,a great show and a good cause.

#1116Update the official web site
Posted: 10/10/05 at 12:47pmWhen are they going to update the official website with the new cast members, including ballet girls, tall boys and small boys. They have updated the new Billy but that seems to be all. It's a shame, they have not done this yet. Not to mention updating the programme!

I'm pretty sure that there is going to be one CD only, with Liam singing on it as Billy, all the way through, possibly with a couple of bonus tracks from the other boys - Electricity i think - on the end. Liam was chosen as they wanted an unbroken voice and his voice was felt to fit the desired sound the best.

Posted: 10/10/05 at 4:04pmdadillymonster, when you say Liam was chosen, are you basing that off of anything except for what LM said? Do we know that Liam will be the one if one is chosen instead of a mix?

#1125Liam coming soon to the BBC!
Posted: 10/10/05 at 5:01pm
Hi All,
I've just got back from a long weekend away at Centre Parcs.
So much has been happening...
...Michael Jackson in the audience, the release date of the OCR being set with the possibility of Liam playing the part of Billy!
What's next?
I guess we are all still waiting to find out who is actually leaving the cast on December 3rd!
By the way, just to let you know that on the BBC at the start of next year there is going to be a four-part Saturday evening programme being aired called "The Sound of The Musicals" with stars of the West-end singing a number of songs from different shows! Liam was at one of these recordings with Tim Healy where they performed the song "Electricity!"
