Not that your argument deserves any more of my time, but I'm well aware that international tourists often speak English. I'm also well aware that they often do not. Are you trying to turn this into a xenophobia thing? Do you just want a reason to be upset? Go to bed.

To my understanding in following the show from PAC to Broadway, they were banking on getting the Circle, but they had to find an alternative they could convert after Just In Time decided to extend over and over.

They also launched the social media around this time last year even before a formal transfer was announced, but the lack of upkeep in that department basically made that effort moot

I think Circle really would have best suited the production, but alas.

I think that may have changed the whole game for this show's success if they had been able to be in that theater

But with the large cast and high weekly running costs on CATS, would the smaller Circle in the Square given them enough seats to sell to actually make their weekly nut?  1186 vs 840 seats is quite a difference... sometimes a smaller venue doesn't work from an economic standpoint for a musical like this.

It would have, in theory, created sold-out houses, leading to higher demand and higher ticket prices.

It wouldn't have made a difference long term.
