I was on Row H in the Right Orch.
And I accidentally posted it twice and didn't know how to delete the whole thing, so I just deleted the text and pic. I don't post much. Sorry.

Sorry they're so big! One of my camera settings changed to make my images bigger and hold less of them. I need to fix it. But anyway, I also kind of like this one.

Those are really nice shots, too. Such a pretty theater.

These marquee shots make me want to post the one I took after the theatre was dark, but it makes me too sad, so I won't. These are much better. Thanks for posting all the great pics.

Those were taken about five minutes after the show ended. I work in the area, so I've passed by it a few times in the past couple of days. I keep feeling compelled to photograph it because there's no way to know know when I'll get there to find that it's all gone. I want to get one of the marquee at night, dark. I'm a masochist, apparently.

Yeah, that's the shot I have - at night, totally dark. So sad.

I remember going down to see the marquees when they first went up, and how exciting it was...
That made it real that Company was really coming.

I wish I could have been there for that. But since I live in FL and only get to NY once a year(twice this year - special trip 7/1 to see Company), I miss all the good stuff.

I took a picture of the dark marquee last night. I have no idea why.

Why is it that I can't seem to get my mind off this show? All I can do is listen my CD of Company, look at my pics from the last show, read the message boards and an realted articles about the show, and miss it terribly.
And I only saw it once, but it has made such a huge impact on my life. It will be the show that I will always remember as the one that got me through major life changing events.
I know I need to stop obsessing now, but it's so fun.

Aawww. I remember how practically giddy I was the first time I rounded the corner between Broadway and 47th to see it all lit up like that.

Company's closing performance was incredible. I probably can't add anything that others haven't. I had a hell of a time getting in, but it was worth every moment of it. Thanks everyone for posting pics! They're great to see :)

For us nerds who like to know these things, Raul's ovation for "Being Alive" was 1 minute and 35ish seconds.

I was heard yelling, "Let the man breathe. He's a human being. He'll get to everyone."
It was reallly absurd that there were no barricades because some people are ridiculous. WesternSky2, WithoutATrace and I kept running back and forth to other ends trying to find a decent spot, but most people just kept shoving in and climbing on each other. And Dancing is right. She did repeatedly say she'd move. She was one of the few considerate people up front.

thank you. People were saying 5 minutes...let's not get nuts here.
I'm thinking thats probably about the same amount of time as his post-Tony ovation

Just because I'm weird... and I was a little too shell-shocked to keep track.. I sort of think that the post-Tony performance one was around 2 minutes. The (seated) claping was around 3/4th of the normal lenghth applause, and then the standing ovation was pretty long in itself. I dunno... it felt longer to me.

Someone timed that one -- it was like five seconds short of two minutes.

Whoa - sounds like there was quite a crowd at the stage door! I had no idea there was going to be such a frenzy.
