Clay is a Broadway Baby through and through! He might not have been ideal for "Joseph" but he's still selling tickets. He seemed just right for Spamalot- what should he do next?
Think about his look, his strengths, his persona and cast Clay!

The final Hedwig replacement eight and a half years after Neil Patrick Harris leaves? So he can be his generation's Ally Sheedy.

I don't know exactly WHAT I would cast Clay in, but it would definitely be a comedy. That seems to be his strong suit.

Namo, perhaps he could give that Liberace Autopsy Container musical a shot. It seems like it's lining up perfectly to work out that way.

He would be a good Pharaoh in Joseph. I could see him as a good Pippin if he was younger.

I LOVE the idea of Willy Wonka. He's PERFECT for that part. Maybe Johnny Depp would lend him his wig.

Nope. I hate Clay.
I also hate his fans.
But I definitely hate Clay.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned that he would be perfect for the tap dancer Elder What's-his-face in Book Of Mormon.
Can he tap dance???

I think he would be hysterical as the mom in Next To Normal.
