Tough call. I'd love to see Van Essen, but as someone who's seen the show a million times, part of me wants to see Barrett or Jeff.

I wonder if Max Clayton got asked to join the show since Brian O'Brien left abruptly?

When did Kimberly Marable begin her run? She has had a long contract, possibly even surprassing AFW. Sigh, I had hoped for Leigh Zimmerman.

"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)

April. She was only supposed to do 6 months, but kept keeping small extensions. Still seems like her extensions are only being given to her to do no other past Velmas being available. Unless someone new joins in January, it's likely going to be Marable for the long-term future.

Considering her attendance record, that shouldn't be an issue.

FYI, Dylis Croman is in as Roxie this week as Charlotte is on vacation. Marabe is also out this weekend and Christine Cornish is on as Velma. Might be a good day to go catch the show today if you can.

Max Clayton mentioned he got the phone call to do Chicago and started rehearsals the following day. Had about a week of rehearsals before he started last Monday.

Still never found out why Brian O'Brien left abruptly.

" I had the chance to see him as Billy Flynn back in 2012 (during my three show weekend). He had a very long "the" in Both Reached For The Gun.

I am watching the CBS Thanksgiving Parade coverage. Keltie Knight (Canadian personality) is playing Roxie in a one time opportunity. I heard her singing. Apparently she's a former Rockette. I'm looking forward to her dancing.

At this point, I wonder what's up with Charlotte? She's been out for several weeks now. Bringing in Dylis and having the Roxie u/s cover is bizarre. Just give Dylis a short run instead if this was something scheduled for Charlotte.
