Is this just a continuation of the ongoing non-eq tour or a new production hitting the road?

it's the second year (or third if you count the shortened COVID 2020 tour) of a non-equity tour. Most of the cast is new though.

What joy!!   Max Von Essen is the new Billy Flynn, beginning on November 6th!   I remember mentioning  him as a possible Billy Flynn on his IG page some time ago.   As some of you might know, I would love to see Leigh Zimmerman as Velma!!!

Max Clayton will also be joining the cast on November 6th as Fred Casely.

This casting team really looked at the numbers Jinkx pulled and said “We need the gay dollars again.” Lord knows they have mine.

Max Clayton as Fred Casely means he'll be mostly shirtless. Just an FYI.

Also, Brian O'Brien left the show abruptly. Anyone know why?

Colt Adam Weiss will be an additional swing for the show through the end of the year

Also, Max Clayton and Robyn Hurder are best friends. I wonder if Robyn might leave ABN soon to play Roxie for a brief stint?

Max Clayton as Fred Casely is one of the randomest castings ever. It's basically an ensemble part. Wonder if he'll be the Billy understudy, or step in after Van Essen leaves. Either way, I need a return trip to the show and Clayton and Van Essen are enough for me.

Marty Lawson is listed as the current Fred Casely.   It's strange not to see Brian O Brien as a cast member.  What the hey?

This is just such a bizarre move from Clayton. I know he’s not Hugh Jackman, but surely he doesn’t need to  do this.

I wonder if he'll get to play Billy for a short sting after Max Von Essen w/Robyn Hurder?
