I have been following the tour, as it were, since there were no tour stops in Texas. I did see a Facebook post by Brent Heuser (Chicago National Tour: Fred Casely) that Lauren Gemelli performed as Velma Kelly for some of the weekend shows. It's very rare for the Velma Kelly u/s's to have a chance to perform the role. He did post a little video interview...a wee bit salty, but interesting nonetheless.
"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)

don't know if Chryssie is coming back, but she left to do Will Rogers' Follies at the Pioneer Theater Company this May. Maybe she comes back in June?
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
It seems that Go To Hell Kittys change every 6 months or so. Has anyone seen the show recently, with Charlotte D'Amboise?

I am glad you liked it. I wasn't sure if it is something that had been seen before or posted before. I ran into it while surfing and thought of this thread immediately. I guess it put to end any stories as to wether the audience didn't know till the announcement in their seats.
Just out of curiousity, but were you there for that performance??

The Chicago International Tour is currently performing in Seoul, South Korea (May 30- July 17, 2017), with Terra C as Velma Kelly, Dylis Croman as Roxie Hart and Brent Barrett as Billy Flynn. The tour then moves on to Tokyo, Japan from August 1 - August 17, 2017. There might be a tour stop in Bangkok, Thailand. http://www.playdb.co.kr/magazine/photogallary_detail.asp?albumno=643

The show's current Billy Flynn is Tom Hewitt. He's a funny guy. I recall that he filled out one of those Playbill Questionnaires. When the question was Favorite Post Show meal, his response was: "chorus boy."

^Is it weird that I'm turned on by that?
I want a gender-reversed casting for Billy. A shark lesbian lawyer. And I want Patti LuPone to play it
Caption: Every so often there was a rare moment of perfect balance when I soared above him.

Once Ryoko Yonekura ends her run as "Roxie" (for 13 performances), it would be great to see a replacement we haven't seen in a while. How about Amy Spanger? She's done the role several times and knows the character inside and out.

I would actually love to see a brand new Roxie paired up with a brand new Velma. Dreams....

The reason I mentioned Amy Spanger was that she mentioned it in a Broadway.com "Roll Call" segment. Meaning, she stated that she'd love to return to the role of Roxie Hart. I would love, love, love to see Katharine McPhee as Roxie or Velma, but that is just wishful thinking on my part. How about that actress who did the role of Velma at the Hollywood Bowl a couple of years ago. Her name escapes me.
