Posted: 11/5/04 at 4:48pmI also preferred Christian Borle to Gavin in Millie...I was really hoping he'd play Oscar in the Sweet Charity revival. I think he'd be great in the scene in the elevator, and I'd love to hear him sing the title song. Ah well.

I very much preferred Christian to Gavin in Millie. More charisma, more powerful voice, and just a stronger actor in general. Yet he doesn't seemto get the attention Gavin does. *sigh*
He's such a talented guy...so I hope to see him in something soon. I wonder what he's been up to.

It's because Gavin's prettier. Sad, but true. 
Not that I want to discount Gavin! He's got a great voice. A great POP voice. i agree that Christian's a better singer, actor, and performer though.

Didn't mean to turn this into a Gavin vs. Christian thread, but I actually think Christian is better looking as well. Hmm, to each their own!
I really do hope Christian lands himself back on Broadway soon, though. Man I wish I could have seen Snoopy!

Yes, Gav IS more attactive.
I like Gav as a performer more. I could listen to him sing for HOURS on end.

Posted: 11/5/04 at 6:41pmlol. i agree! i loved Christian as Jimmy. I can't really compare him to Gavin, because i didn't see Gavin in the role. But, after listening to the OBCR i liked Christian's voice better. Both actors are so wonderful though. Christian has to be in something!!
