I think the "You Don't Know/I Am the One" idea might work if Aaron's part was cut out for the show.

I REALLY wanna see Hair do their usual 'Aquarius/Flesh Failures'. I know that they do it everywhere, but it's SO good!!!!! I don't know if they're really doing 'Hair', but I'd be disappointed if they did.

West Side Story is doing "Dance at the Gym." (Or so I was told.Doesn't really make sense to me)

I was guessing that they would do "Superboy and the Invisible Girl" though I'm not really sure why. Maybe because it shows off Jennifer and Alice a little? Meh. But I wish they would do something to show everyone a little bit more...like "Just Another Day" and it works pretty well out of context. But no matter what...poor Adam Chanler-Berat because he isn't going to be in it.

- Ugh. Really?

I was guessing that they would do "Superboy and the Invisible Girl"

- They are doing that on the Tony preview concert which airs this Saturday.

Someone over at ATC said they heard Billy Elliot would be doing Solidarity, ending with all three Billies on the stage. I sure hope they're right.

The concert airs THIS Saturday at 7pm on CBS (new york) I believe it may air in other areas on a later date.

I saw a commercial last night on CBS that said "...with performances by Elton John, Dolly Parton, Liza Minelli, the cast of Hair and More..." So I'm guessing that Elton will be performing with the three boys. Probably the version of 'Electricity' he did with them at the press event before they opened.

I would like to see the awards open with an Elton V. Dolly cage match for Best Score. It is the only fair way.

The commercial says APPEARANCES by Dolly and Elton. NOT performances.

Really dissappointed by Next to Normal's choice of 'You Don't Know/I Am The One'. Great songs, but will confuse the hell out of most viewers.

How can Billy possibly do Solidarity? There are just so many f-bombs in that song which might be tricky to edit/rewrite. A medley makes the most sense.
But Dance at the Gym? That would be just another strange idea in the saga of strange ideas that pretty much made up the revival of West Side Story...

WSS could do the Tonight Quintet. But that wouldn't feature the show's dancing.

Or they could do a medley of America and I Feel Pretty. It would showcase both nominated stars, and the spanish.

I don't know if the Dance at the Gym is the right choice.

WSS should do the Quintet. Dance at the Gym is just a really odd choice.
