I believe the box office would honor codes from official sources, however the box office for Company doesn’t open until Jan 20th.

It's normally 10 or 11am. They always send an email a couple of hours in advance.

The Telecharge Offers Code for West Side Story is WSTCX708. It's referenced on the site after choosing the link promoted on the homepage, but not obvious.

There's a $20 off code on TodayTix that they announced sort of as a joke in a twitter reply, but the code works. Not only that, but it seems you can use it for as many orders as you want (I've already used it for two different orders). There's no clear indication how long it'll last, so I'd use it now if there's something on TT you are looking at.
