I saw it on some board a while back but can't can't find it. I'm getting tix for the color purple does anyone have a list of Cynthia's off days, I only want to see it when she's there. Thanks!!

*Cynthia Erivo will not perform on all performances November 15 - November 22; Friday matinee - November 25, Wednesday matinee - November 30, Wednesday matinee - December 28, and Sunday evening - January 1.
**Jennifer Holliday will not perform on Thursday - November 17 & Monday - December 19.

Her understudy is terrific! I saw her as well as Holliday's cover, and the only downside is that the chemistry between Celie and Shug isn't really there. I thought maybe it was because it was my first time seeing this production, but my boyfriend saw the original cast and said the same thing.
That was it, though. Everyone up there killed it and it was a wonderful night of theatre. Also, shout out to Martha for being such a friendly & helpful usher, who was on TOP of several people trying to snap photos throughout the performance. I was shocked to notice it was mostly older folks.
I am big. It’s the REVIVALS that got small.

Adrianna Hicks was/is slated for Nov. 15-18 & Bre Jackson Nov. 19-22 during Erivo's vacation.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

according to her Twitter, it's Bre Jackson on 11/30(matinee). She's also on for the 11/25 matinee.

curious if anyone saw the show on Thursday(11/17). Rema Webb was on as Shug. Anyone know if they went back to the original staging for Push Da Button?

Hmmm... definitely strange. The 3rd is a two-show Saturday, so maybe she was suggesting that there's a greater chance of her being in on a Friday night show...? Unnecessarily cryptic, though, for sure.

Doubtful. She has two dates she's scheduled to be out of towards the end if December, so I'd assume she's with the show until Jan. 8.

I know, that's why I bought tickets feeling confident that she would still be with the show. Hopefully, I'm just being paranoid and nothing has changed. The monkey with his hand over his mouth emoji made it feel like there was unannounced news.

True, but in telling her Twitter fan - who has tickets for Dec. 3 - that she should consider Dec. 2 instead, Erivo does seem to imply at least that she will not be performing Dec. 3. And Dec. 3 isn't one of the dates she's scheduled to be out. So, it appears something is going on that is not reflected in the information Telecharge is giving -- and which is likely to be particularly problematic for me, as I have a ticket to see the show on Dec. 3 and relied on the dates Telecharge indicated (understanding, of course, that unforseen circumstances could lead to Erivo's absence. But if she is currently planning not to perform then, I think the theatre should make that information known now to current and prospective ticketholders).

And why Holliday suddenly added a week off to her schedule?

No idea re: Holiday, but 12/3 & 4 for Erivo & 12/19 for Holliday are listed on TC now.
*Cynthia Erivo will not perform on all performances Wednesday matinee - November 30, all performances December 3 & 4, Wednesday matinee - December 28, and Sunday evening - January 1.
**Jennifer Holliday will not perform Monday - December 19.
