Posted: 5/1/09 at 7:22pmWow, that had to be amazing to be there and see all these legends. Jane Fonda,Swoosie Kurtz, and Marin Mazzie looked absolutely gorgeous. Was anyone at that opening?

No, I think that Jane Fonda is a legend and a DIVA, and Dolly Parton in the country world. the rest are stars, still it cracks me up, the typical bitchy comments from the board, correcting names or just stating the obvious...it's funny, so I wanna thank you for the giggle! Marin is a Broadway DIVA I think?, or a Broadway star, for sure.
By the way, I spelled Swoosie with an S!(The original comment was never edited) Learn to read!!!

Posted: 5/2/09 at 2:20amWishing, thank you for that bit of information. While looking at the pictures I was thinking "Didn't Jane Fonda have to do her own show"?

^ Yeah, I thought of that as well. I'm sure she'll see it when her show wraps up.
Does anyone know if...hello folks...Lily Tomlin was there? By far my favorite of the original triumvirate.

I was at the opening. It was very cool to be there with all of those famous people. Te audience was great opening night. I have to say, i agree with most critics that it was a very fun night out, but other than that, it really doesn't have any great substance except for the INCREDIBLE dancing.
I was fortunate enough to get to take to Lily Tomlin for a few seconds.
