** making my obigatory post for the month on the main board **
The DVD of The most recent production of Oklahoma is pretty good. It's the London Cast with Hugh Jackman as Curly and Shuler Hennsley as Judd Fry.

I've got a petition to get a commercially produced DVD of Taboo On Broadway. I noticed and was happy to discover I'm not the only person on this forum who misses the show and would love to have a commerically produced DVD of this show. So, check out the petition and sign it. Yes, the OKLAHOMA! DVD of the Royal National Theatre production is outstanding and well-made. While I did see the show itself in London in 1999 at the Lyceum, I was elated to revisit the show in its original RNT home via this filmed production.
I would do anything to have the revival of Into the Woods...

Radiogal-As much as I wish your petition could work, im sorry but its not possible to release a DVD of the Broadway Taboo. It was never filmed(except for maybe Lincoln Center but those arent available for commercial release). Since there is no recording of it, there is so possible way for it to be released. Trust me, I wish it is possible but its not.
geri loves wicked- they have made a DVD of sweeney todd with george hearn as sweeney (and the london cast). they released it a few years ago but then stopped selling it. but they have recently started selling it again. im sure u can find it on ebay or somewhere in NYC.

bwayboy88 - After LA Caroline is going to San Francisco to play at the Curran Theatre Jan. 14 - Feb. 20. Someone here on the boards said a few months back that he spoke to someone from HBO at the stage door and they said something to the effect that they may air it and are trying to decide whether to release it on DVD.
wicked4good2 - Sweeney was on VHS and disappeared. It was released on DVD April 20th of this year.
