Worth it? Do they vary at all from show to show?

"Worth it?" depends on what you mean. No separate ticket is required for these performances, so anyone in the park at the time can attend (although seating in the open-air theatre is limited). Dining packages are offered, but not required. This is basically free entertainment for anyone visiting EPCOT on a performance date.

The shows don't vary for the individual performers, but each set of performers will have their own set. Typically it's 3ish duets and they'll each do 2 solo numbers. The whole concert is usually around 30 minutes from my experience. It's fun, and I go, but I'm also a passholder so it's just something nice to do. I wouldn't book a trip or a park ticket just for the concert.
Worth it... Eh. Not entirely.
It's basically a Broadway show for the people there who have neither the culture nor the attention span for an entire one.
In the couple of times I've been, it feels like none of the performers are giving it 100%.
It's a paycheck. It's a quick show. It's mostly harmless.

I've been to a few over the years. The performers are a pretty big range of talent. The couple of years they had Gavin Lee and Heidi Blickenstaff perform were phenomenal. Most aren't quite that good... but good. A few have felt not broadway level (even though technically they were.)
The shows themselves are a bit short (30 minutes) but they perform them 3 times each night and you can return for all the performances. They do the same songs, but it's fun.
There is a small live band - it's a well produced show.
In case you don't know - the Voices of Liberty performs at Epcot daily - they are an acapella group, equity, and phenomenal. They perform in the rotunda of the American Adventure (the same area the broadway shows take place) and they perform a mix of broadway, disney, folk, and americana music. If you are familiar with Voctave - the majority of the members met performing in the Voices of Liberty.
I'm excited to see James Monroe Iglehart on the list this year - he will be great I'm sure.

It is part of the park admission so sure it is worth it. If you care about getting fairly close to the stage, get on the line at least 30-40 minutes before the show begins. People who pay for the dining package get in first. The last show is the least crowded so that is the one I go to. Like others have said, it is about 30-minute show with each performer getting a couple of songs from the show they appeared in on Broadway. They will also do a song together which ends the show. You might get a little dancing if somebody like Gavin Lee is performing. Gavin Lee and Heidi Blickenstaff have been my favorite duo, but Patti Murin and Caissie Levy were close second.

It is fun show that let's Disney promote their Broadway shows and sell merchandise. This is nice gig for the performers. Sing a few songs and then get to hang out in Disneyworld. I saw Patti Murin on a line for a ride with her oldest daughter one time.

If you are someone who has a WDW vacation planned, loves Broadway, and wouldn’t mind sitting down for about 45 minutes to watch the show then yes, it’s worth it.
If you’re asking if you should buy a ticket to Epcot just to see one of these concerts - in my opinion, no.
I went to FArts last year and greatly enjoyed it… but that also has to do with me loving Epcot. Saw Caissie Levy and Jelani Remi one night and Patti Murin and John Riddle the next - both were great. An additional aspect to the Festival is they had costumes from Disney shows on display which was cool - Aladdin, Newsies, TLK, etc.

I agree, that is very cool. I loved the "Lion King" costumes.

I had to double check that I didn’t post this myself - I absolutely echo your sentiments (I even refer to it as FArts lol).
When I lived in Orlando and had an annual pass, we’d make it a point to stop in for a bite to eat and to see the Broadway stars throughout the festival. Absolutely worth the time. As for the money: if you’re already visiting Disney World, PERFECT! But I wouldn’t suggest buying a day exclusively for that specific bit of entertainment - the merchandise and other festivities around the park (not to mention the weather) make FArts a great time of year to visit Epcot overall, though.

If you are not a fan of the particular performers, or the particular shows - I agree in general. But I did visit WDW specifically to see Gavin and Heidi, followed by the next performers which included Ashley Brown. Mary Poppins will always be my favorite broadway show, since it was practically perfect in everyway - and Gavin is simply a delight to see. When Ashley sang feed the birds - I cried, and I'm not typically a cry baby at shows.
I've been a passholder before (and actually am again now) but at the time I wasn't and just bought day tickets to Epcot.
Was totally worth the trip for me.

We live out of state but are passholders. To get our money's worth being a passholder, we need to go down for 3-4 days a few times during the year. We tend to go when there is an event like the "Broadway Series" or "Candlelight Procession". When we go for Broadway series, we always make sure we can see two different performers.

No one questioned whether you said it; the only question is why you felt the need to say something so rude and condescending.
Normally I could take or leave the performers who they get, but this year Susan Egan and Ainsley Melham are performing, so I will be there with bells on. (I'm an Annual Passholder, and I echo the sentiments of not buying a park ticket just for this. But if you're already going and there are performers you are particularly fond of, it's a fun way to spend part of the evening at a really great EPCOT festival.)
I will add to the chorus of folks who say it's worth it if you happen to be there, but don't go out of your way.
My trip two years ago happened to fall right at the last day of FArts and the last of the Disney Broadway concerts so I went to their grand finale show. It was Ashley Brown, Josh Strickland, Kissy Simmons, and Michael James Scott.
I had previously seen the same line up when they did the Disney on Broadway reopening concert at the New Amsterdam. It felt like a higlights reel of that concert overall. Everyone was great and it's fun to be there, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
Just try to avoid this date, Cali Disney landers.
