Does Anyone Really Care About Adam Lambert?

Really? He has stated he doesn't even want to be known as a Musical Theater actor so why is his news being posted on the site?

Please BWW, stop posting this crap about Idol.

The more important question...

Does anyone really care about Jamie Foxx?

How is that "Blame it on my booze and stupidity blah blah" garbage a #1 song? I can appreciate good R&B and Hip Hop.

But that song is even worse than Afro Man's bad songs. Random comparison, but it accomplishes my point.

re: Does Anyone Really Care About Adam Lambert?

yeah, Jamie was AWFUL. I honestly do not know why they chose him as a mentor. And there are people who care about Adam Lambert, and we post about it in the AI thread, but thats it, but again, BWW posts plenty of pointless articles. Whatever

ADAM LAMBERT DOES NOT WANT TO DO MUSICAL THEATRE!

But seriously, as an Idol contestant he's my favorite... but this thread is posting crap about Adam Lamber so...

Piano - I agree. I'm not sure why BWW posts articles about Adam Lambert... if only because he is known very well in the Los Angeles theater scene. But I can't think of any other reason.

I see a limited run job for him in ROCK OF AGES. Oh dear, that will blow the audience out of the house!!

re: Does Anyone Really Care About Adam Lambert?

I care. I think he has an amazing voice with an incredible range that the theatre community could benefit from greatly. I hope he'll change his mind about returning to the stage. His career highlights only include Wicked and The Ten Commandments -- neither of which where very artistically satisfying, I'm sure, so I understand his frustration. Hopefully, he'll change his mind once he has his first taste of real theatre.

I don't. Personally, I think he is highly overrated.

I wish him the best of luck in Hollywood. They can keep him. But that's just me.

re: Does Anyone Really Care About Adam Lambert?

I don't either. I'm sick of him.

I'm sick of people thinking because he's a freak tenor with a woman's range that he has emotional depth when he sings. One emotion is there : PAIN. SICK OF IT.

re: Does Anyone Really Care About Adam Lambert?

I think one can objectively admire his freakish range and incredible technical prowess without actually caring about him at all.

I love Alison. I care about her. And Kris is yummy.

I just think it sucks that people in different time zones can have the night spoiled with this non-Broadway news on BWW.

Don't care about Adam one way or the other. But watching American Idol manipulate its audience into hysteria season after season can be fun.
