I am not an Eden fanatic.

But Namo - I know the clips you're talking about. And it's unfair to base her performance on those - simply because that's when she was just the understudy for the role - she didn't really have time to sink her teeth into the role. That's when she had very little rehearsal for the role - and she didn't really get to develop her own character for Elphaba.

That's one fact you really much recognize.

Certainly anybody with a Larry Frickin David avatar must have at least a minor sense of humor, getting all "it's so immature" seems a bit of a slippery slope. How about Eden Es-sub-par-za?

Just because you can screech loudly, doesn't mean you will draw attention to yourself.

I honestly walked out of Brooklyn ALL ABOUT Ramona, completely forgetting about Eden.

She has no stage presence. I hope she changes though.

And her voice gives me a splitting headache.

To everyone b*tching about this "nickname"....umm, maybe you missed all the Idina nicknames?

It's like BKLYN fans + Wicked fans = rabid Eden fans.

The "Eden screeches" thing is getting a bit old. Eden definitely has stage presence and has an amazing voice. This is the first bad review of Eden in SF that I've heard.

It's getting old because she doesn't change.

And once again, the Idina screams thing is getting old. But she doesn't change either.

She is so hot when she does it though, no?

But I've heardly plenty of bad ones from Broadway.

Eden is not the only person who receives criticism. Get over it.

- I would also like an apology from her for giving me one of the worst headaches all summer. I'd ask for my money back, but I thoroughly enjoyed Ramona.

Guys, Eden is a very interesting person- you will either love her a LOT, or you will hate her. There you go. I happen to like her. Shes Beautiful, has a very unique voice, and her acting, nice!!

No offense, Sassy, but "interesting" and "unique" are the types of adjectives that get seventh graders C minuses on their book reports. Hard to believe the original poster was criticized for "lacking substance" in his critique of Eden Espitoonglop.
