I was able to snag a couple of tickets. I'm so excited. I chose the mobile ticket delivery option. When I go into the confirmation email, there's a big red square that says: get tickets. But when I click on it, it just comes up as seat locations, there is no QR code. Is there supposed to be a QR code? Will that come later? I've never done mobile ticket delivery through Carnegie Hall so I'm not quite sure how it works there.

That's just the contractual language (click "full billing") required for anyone who licenses FOLLIES from MTI.
Transport Group's concert is being presented by special arrangement with Cameron Mackintosh. The London producer gave the musical its West End premiere in 1987, a production that made dramatic changes to Goldman's book and Sondheim's score. Those changes, which generally gave the work a more upbeat tone, have never again been authorized for use.
So do we think it might be the 1987 production?
Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

When I clicked on the red square it opened another page with the order summary and seat location. There wasn’t a QR code but on the bottom left corner, there was the option to add to apple wallet. That’s how I accessed the mobile ticket.

Perhaps they’re using some of the songs that were put into that production? Since this isn’t a straight presentation of the show itself, they could be showcasing cut or alternate songs as well.
"...everyone finally shut up, and the audience could enjoy the beginning of the Anatevka Pogram in peace."
Maybe since they're doing one song per performer, they're adding 87 songs in to give more star turn numbers. (e.g. "Lucy and Jessie" and "Ah But Underneath")
I highly doubt this would happen, but I wouldn't be mad if this was a 5-hour concert with all the songs written for Follies including the cut songs and London songs. Things like Foxtrot, Country House, Who Could Be Blue, Underneath, Uptown, Make The Most Of Your Music, etc.

It sounds like there will be some sort of choreo/staging though, so not sure how that would work out."
Also based on other Transport Group concerts, it might be wise to curb our enthusiasm a bit or at the very least manage expectations because both NINE and PROMISES PROMISES were woefully underrehearsed (i'm talking to you, Fontana), although some of the performers rose to the occasion (as was the case with Karen Akers who manage to break our hearts all over again). Very much on the plus side, though, the orchestra playing and conducting for both were fantastic.
Cameron's name is required billing on any regional or local production of Follies licensed by MTI. His name was even on the Kennedy Center production playbill. The billing is unusual as the producer of an unrelated revival, but he's a powerful man and it was a canny move on his part.
The two versions licensed by MTI are the 2012 Broadway script and a Concert Version based on the 1985 Lincoln Center concert. The London version is not licensed out (and the Sondheim & Goldman estates probably want it that way).
Here is the standard licensing billing requirement (though I suspect they have special permission from the rightsholders to do something a little different, being that anecdotes and other spoken material are being interspersed)

Yup! It was in the original off-Broadway Putting It Together and in the revised Marry Me A Little from 2012."
Ah! I had totally forgotten about those and the “Sondheim on Sondheim”. Honestly it’s not a song I love so I wouldn’t be angry if it wasn’t part of this event.
I actually love all 3 songs that have been in that slot so I would selfishly love an opportunity to hear them with a huge orchestra playing and first class talent singing them.
"...everyone finally shut up, and the audience could enjoy the beginning of the Anatevka Pogram in peace."
I kind of wish they’d put it on for another night. Wishful thinking?
"You can't overrate Bernadette Peters. She is such a genius. There's a moment in "Too Many Mornings" and Bernadette doing 'I wore green the last time' - It's a voice that is just already given up - it is so sorrowful. Tragic. You can see from that moment the show is going to be headed into such dark territory and it hinges on this tiny throwaway moment of the voice." - Ben Brantley (2022)
"Bernadette's whole, stunning performance [as Rose in Gypsy] galvanized the actors capable of letting loose with her. Bernadette's Rose did take its rightful place, but too late, and unseen by too many who should have seen it" Arthur Laurents (2009)
"Sondheim's own favorite star performances? [Bernadette] Peters in ''Sunday in the Park,'' Lansbury in ''Sweeney Todd'' and ''obviously, Ethel was thrilling in 'Gypsy.'' Nytimes, 2000

He's the majority shareholder of MTI now, so when you deal with any kind of first-class rights to an MTI show, you deal with him. (That's my guess, anyway.)
If anyone is looking, a single balcony seat in row B is available for $68.50 on the Carnegie Hall website, and it's a very decent one. Marked partial view, but I've sat in the seat directly in front of it, and the railing to your right is in only your peripheral vision, and hardly obstructs the stage.
Run time is a total mystery since we don't know how much talking there will be, it could start late, we don't know if they're doing every song, intermission is TBA...etc.
If you're trying to catch a train or something afterwards, I'd guess 2.5 to 3 hours?
Yes I’m trying to catch a train back to NJ and I have school the next day lol. I wouldn’t to miss this for the world; this Sondheim show is not produced a lot.
