Well, my parents were both in theatre, so I started going at a very young age.
First show (at least that I remember): Blythe Spirit, with my mom as Ruth. I was 5 years old.
First Broadway tour: "1776" in 1970 or '71 (?). It starred Rex Everhart, George Hearn, Barbara Lang, Pamela Hall, Walter Charles, etc. I was 7 or 8 years old.
But I didn't get around to seeing an actual Broadway show until the '83 Tony-winning revival of "On Your Toes" with Natalia Makarova, Dina Merrill, George S. Irving, Lara Teeter, George de la Pena and Christine Andreas. I remember I cried when the overture started. No joke. Hah! (What a big baby, right???)
And the following night I saw the OBC of "Cats." I actually went on a "theatre bender" that entire trip, and also saw Torch Song Trilogy, Dreamgirls, Agnes of God, Forbidden Broadway, Nine and 42nd Street.
Pure heaven.
How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying...
with Matthew Broderick, Megan Mullally, Victoria Clark, etc... I don't remember the year offhand...maybe 96? 97?
First show I saw on Broadway was A Chorus Line... I was around 15, I think, so, that was around '84.
I'm not sure what my first show ever was, but, the first I really remember was the King and I tour in the early 80s with Yul Brynner. And a dinner theater production of Fiddler that scared the crap out of me.
