"The Big Dollhouse" ending is actually a tribute to "Gypsy", so that's another example.
"Special" from Avenue Q?

Pretty much any musical written by Marc Shaiman and Scott Whittman, one of their many loving in-jokes to musical theater past. I believe there was one in FAME BECOMES ME, as well.

Everyone's been talking about the Gypsy references, but nobody's actually said "Rose's Turn." So there.

There's a difference, though, between songs that end in the words "for me," like GROW FOR ME, and songs that end in "foooor meeeeeee," as an homage/parody of ROSE'S TURN, like BIG DOLLHOUSE and SPECIAL.
If we want to get technical.
"Grow for Me" doesn't end in "For Me" being sung.
It ends in "please...oh...pleeeeeease."
The final "grow for me" is spoken.
Bea Arthur added it to the end of one of her numbers in her show (she keeps saying throughout how she always wanted to play Rose). I don't remember which song it was, though.
