Posted: 4/18/07 at 10:38pmAs someone who rather dislikes the stage show and wasn't at all looking forward to this movie, I must say...VERY impressive. It all seems to be coming together: great trailer leading to a promising movie, hopefully. I really like what John Travolta is doing with Edna.

September 13th cannot come around soon enough, hopefully if this does well in Australia, we might see the long promised live version.
Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

For all you Babs fans.
In an interview I read costume designer Rita Ryack made a black and white see-through pant-suit inspired by Barbra's 1969 Oscar outfit. However John said in the interview he didn't get to wear the outfit in the film.
Nice to see it still make an appearance. :)
